How does the internship programme work?

Internal Screening:Each AIESEC office pre-screens candidates through a review board consisting ofinterviews and tests. A Review Board panel consists of representatives of AIESEC, theeducation community and the business community.

Profile Identification:You determine the desired candidate profile and job description for your intern

Intern Selection:AIESEC provides a short list of suitable candidates and aids a further screening andselection process by arranging a telephone or online interview.

Pre-Arrival Services:AIESEC supports the intern with cultural preparation and goal setting exercises.

Post-Arrival Services:AIESEC arranges logistical services, such as accommodation, pickup and relocation ofthe intern.

Integration Services:AIESEC provides ongoing activities for the intern and connects them to a network ofother AIESEC members

Evaluation:AIESEC facilitates an evaluation process throughout the internship to ensure objectivesand expectations from all sides are being met.
