On left side of Portal, Clickon Beneficiary and go toPotential beneficiary list,which will redirect you tothe ‘Potential beneficiary’list page.
Select ‘Village Name’ fromdropdown list and click‘Submit’.

▪ Nodal Officer and CSC team will digitize all the filled forms that are received.
▪ After Gram Sabha approval, Nodal Officer and CSC team will digitize finalapproved list of beneficiaries.

Process Summary
▪ CHiPS will publish Detailed Distribution Plan (DDP) on SKY Portal
▪ District Administration can change schedules in DDP with the guidance of CHiPS.This changed plan will be termed as Final Distribution Plan (FDP).
▪ Nodal Officer(GP/Ward/College) can see schedules of SKY Mela event planned inSKY Portal.
▪ As per FDP, at each GP/Ward/College SKY Mela will be organised to distributesmartphones.
▪ In SKY Mela, e-KYC, Sim activation and smartphone distribution will be done.
▪ Nodal Officer (GP/Ward/College) will publish schedules of smartphone distributionin GP/Ward/College

To open Event List go to dropdown of “Event” in side-menu bar and click ‘Event List’

Distribution Responsibilities

Nodal Officers will ensure arrangements are made at distribution point, before the scheduled date of SKY Mela.
Final list of beneficiaries received smartphones will be uploaded on SKY Portal. Foruploading this Nodal Officer and Agency can take help of CSC team.
District Admin will ensure overall arrangements and security at distribution points.
Agency (smartphone supplier) should print beneficiary list from SKY Portal before theday of event. This list will be used as acknowledgement after distribution ofsmartphones to beneficiaries. This list will have the beneficiary’s sign or thumbimpression on it along with signature of Nodal Officer.

Re-Distribution of Smartphones
▪ After first distribution event, Agency will keep smartphones under his custody.
▪ Process of re-distribution of smartphones will be completed within 15 days of first event.
▪ District Admin will co-ordinate with Agency to finalize schedule for re-distribution of smartphones.
▪ Nodal Officer will publish dates of re-distribution at GP bhawan/ Ward/ College
▪ Agency will print remaining list of beneficiaries from SKY Portal for re-distribution of smartphones.
▪ Final list of beneficiaries who received smartphones via the re-distribution process will be uploaded on
SKY Portal. For uploading this Nodal Officer and Agency can take help of CSC team.
