Project specific training requirements Learning assessment and analysis

The in-house learning requests in Training Needs Identification for training and development are mostly generated during the employees annual performance review. All the in-house trainings provided by Regional L&D will attract a marginal investment for content development and delivery. These will be charged to Agility (Abu Dhabi) accordingly. In case the training activity is outsourced, nominated employees shall agree and sign on the Training Agreement Form prior to attending the training session. Attendance to any in-class training requires the department heads approval. All valid learning requests are compiled and evaluated to update the training schedule in the order of relevance. The Agility (Abu Dhabi) HR Team prepares a comprehensive overview of training identification by broadly categorizing the divisional training requests and by developing an annual divisional training plan whilst consulting with the concerned stakeholders. This training proposal is sent to Regional Learning & Development Team for scrutiny. The Regional L&D team prepares and publishes the various learning programs in Regional Learning Connections portal based on the companys general learning needs and annual training plan. The L&D team will take the following into consideration while developing a learning content/experience:

All internal and external Learning Programs have to be validated by the Agility (Abu Dhabi) HR Director for relevance and impact as well as to minimize cost and maximize business value. 5.3 Training scheduling and Record maintenance All training programs will be published on the regional learning portal on quarterly bases. The training date, venue and timings will be communicated well before the planned date. All internal training activities will have an attendance record in Employee Training (Internal) Record AGL-GIL-AUH-HR-018 signed and validated by the trainer. The original records will be kept with the local HR and a copy will be sent to the L&D central team.
