HRD, Training &Placements & Corporate Relations has vision & mission to operate within the stipulated guidelines, polices on fundamental system of ethical conduct & value system. The team consists of experienced Industry professionals, who are very committed to enable the students with adequate information & knowledge with case studies, white papers, CX (Customer Experience) Framework, that ensures facing any challenges in the corporate global environment, enabling the students to compete in the market for ever.

Unique &Customized Training Programs offered:Students are assessed, trained& equipped with a goal to achieve best Careers and associate with Major MNCs, FMCG, in different verticals viz;, Banking & Financial Services (BFSI), IT, ITES, KPOs, Manufacturing, Healthcare, pharmaceutical and align themselves with their Aspirations. They had undergone rigorous tests in order to attain best scores of viz; Amcat, E-litmus, Co-cubes, Pyscho Metric tests, Thomas Profiling etc. Students are also given adequate trainings on SAP – Enterprise Planning, FICO, Sales and Distribution Modules and Salesforce & Trailhead, Six Sigma certifications besides Technical skills and soft skills. The focus of the Institution is to provide just not quality, but match with industry niche requirements, to keep abreast of other students in the competitive environment with brilliance.

NHC Consists of excellent Infrastructure facilities with Interview Rooms and Multi-Utility Center to accommodate huge number of students with its unique way of state of the art infrastructure facility, built with a vision in a salubrious environment enticing the corporates. NHC allows students to do lot of research on various subjects and come out with new and innovative ideas and thought process which is useful for the industry.

Campus Recruitment Facilities

New Horizon College has state of the art infrastructure facilities to conduct training program and campus recruitment events.

Seminar Halls / Auditorium: Two spacious Seminar Halls each with a seating capacity of 200, are available for branch wise group activities. All Pre-placement presentations by the Corporates are conducted in the Auditorium which has a capacity of 700.

Discussion / Interview Cabins: Air – conditioned discussion and interview cabins are equipped with conference call and Internet facilities. Corporates conduct group discussions, face to face technical & HR interviews in these cabins.

Executive Training Center has a capacity to accommodate 65 students with cluster seating. The center is equipped with LCD, Plug-in internet connection, audio speakers etc. The Corporate Executives utilise this center to interact with students and conduct training sessions and webinars.
