Ms. Sek Sisokhom holds a Master Degree of Arts in Psychology from University
of Brussels, Belgium, a Master Degree of Arts in Education from Sofia University,
Bulgaria, and a Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation, evaluating the impact of
reproductive health programs, East-West Center, Hawaii, USA.
She is currently working as a Head of Psychology Department of Royal
University of Phnom Penh. Professionally, Ms. Sek Sisokhom has a great deal of
experience of lectures on research method in psychology and experimental
psychology. She has been working as a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist
with Reproductive Health Association of Cambodia (RHAC) since 2009, as well
as working as Counsellor at counselling center at Royal University of Phnom Penh
since 1997. She has also worked on Social-cultural Research for 3 years with
UNFPA funded project.
In terms of her publications and papers presented, she has many valuable pieces of work covering many aspects of the topics on Joint Annual Evaluation (JAES) Report for RHAC and Monitoring and Evaluation Survey Report of Entertainment Workers for Vulnerable Group Program. Furthermore, she has also written about Women and Health presented to the Center for Population Studies and Implications of Socio-cultural Factors affecting demographic behavior on the formulation and execution of population policies and programs
in Cambodia which was presented to Conference in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

experience in providing the legal consultation in the area of labor and
commercial laws and representing clients at Arbitration Council and courts. His
specific expertise in this field was gained from more than 9 years experiences
with law firms and CAMFEBA. Mr. Chamrong is a member of the Bar Association
of the Kingdom of Cambodia. He is currently a Managing Director of
Cambodian Commercial Law Firm (CCLF). He used to work as an Attorney at
Law for Cambodia International Law Firm (CILF), Asia Cambodia Law Firm
