REQUIREMENTS.• Requirements differ based on the institution and program that you’re
transferring from.
• Requirements also vary based on your completed degrees or diplomas, and the courses you’ve taken.• You must meet English language proficiency requirements.
COLLEGE TRANSFER.
• General academic requirements.• Specific
criteria is available for different programs.
UNIVERSITY TRANSFER.
• Admission consideration is primarily based on your most recent studies, though we will review your overall academic record.• Applicants who have completed a minimum of one full-time semester of
university study (with final grades) and an overall average of 60% (1.70 GPA on a scale of 4.0) are eligible for consideration. You must also be eligible to re-register at your previous institution.• Some programs require higher admission averages – admission is not
guaranteed based on meeting minimum requirements.• Course prerequisites must be met at the Ontario senior secondary school
level or completed as equivalent courses from degree, college degree, diploma or certificate programs.
PATHWAYS AND AGREEMENTS.• We’ve collaborated with a number of academic institutions to create
learning pathways.
• These pathways combine applied education with strong theoretical learning.• Students enrolled in any of these collaborative programs will
complete the requirements for a Brock University degree, as well as a college diploma.

HOW TO APPLY.
• Create a new account with the Ontario Universities’ Application Centre.
• You’ll apply as a 105 D or 105 F applicant depending upon personal factors.• Be sure to apply by June 1, 2019 (some programs close earlier).

• Submit any necessary documents through your portal.
ON-THE-SPOT ADMISSIONS.
• Our Admissions team is available for on-the-spot admissions.• Every Tuesday & Thursday from 1 – 4 pm in Brock Central.
• Don’t forget to bring:• High school and post-secondary transcripts• Photo ID• $100 application fee for full-time studies • $55 application fee for part-time studies
VIEWING TRANSFER CREDITS.
• Log into your my.brocku.caportal to view your current transfer credits.
• A complete application must be submitted before Admissions can assess your transcripts for possible transfer credit.
ACCEPT YOUR OFFER.
• Last but not least –accept your offer!
• Log into your OUACaccount to officially accept your offer to Brock.
• If you used a part-time/ internal application, accept through my.brocku.ca
• If you’ve already received an offer of admission, the deadline to accept is May 1.
ACADEMIC ADVISING.
• Connect with your Adviser to help plan your schedule at Brock, and make use of your transfer credits.

FINANCING YOUR EDUCATION.
• Brock Transfer Scholars Award (automatic)
• Recognizes academic excellence from Ontario college graduates who wish to further their studies.
• Your final transcript must show completion of a two-or three-year diploma with a minimum final average of 85% (as determined by the Brock Registrar’s office) and no more than 4.5 transfer credits awarded towards your degree.
• After you complete your first full year at Brock, we will automatically review your marks annually for the Returning Brock Award, which can be obtained by maintaining a minimum 80% average on 4.0 full credits each Fall/Winter session.
• Final Average Range Award Value:• 85 - 89.9% $500• 90 - 93.9% $1,000• 94 - 100% $1,500
