At 3aaa, we specialise in the delivery of the Level 3 Digital Marketing Apprenticeship. We are working with the next generation of Digital Marketing experts who are enthusiastic and passionate about starting a career in this growing sector.

With this sector becoming more prominent every day, your Apprentice is taught to understand how Digital Marketing can positively impact on your business and help you take it onto the next level, using a range of different tools.

We also offer the flexibility within the programme to ensure that you can mould your Apprentices in exactly the way that you choose.

Potential job roles may include E-mail Campaign Assistant, Online Marketing Co-ordinator and SEO Assistant.

3aaa cover the cost of training and recruitment

Programme length: A minimum of 12 months

Estimated value of training: £8,000.00

Estimated value of recruitment Support: £2,000.00

Meeting your business needsYour Apprentice will be required to attend the 3aaa Training Academy for an intensive 3 day block study at the start of training. This is followed by attendance at the Academy on day release every month, for the next 10 months of the Apprenticeship..

The Digital Marketing Apprenticeship will help your Apprentice to understand what Digital Marketing is and how it can bring significant value to your business.

Our dedicated Recruitment Executives work closely with you to understand the requirements of your business and help you to select the best possible candidate to suit your needs. This is part of a free ‘match and fill’ recruitment service that we offer our partner employers.

Your Apprentice will learn to:• Understand how to evaluate the effectiveness of a marketing strategy

• Understand how to assess market opportunities for new products and/or services

• Understand how analytics can be used to optimise digital marketing campaigns

• Be able to run a content marketing campaign

• Understand requirements for online display advertising

• Understand Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)

• Understand principles of Social Media advertising and promotion

• Understand how to use e-mail and online marketing

Your Apprentice’s progression:There are excellent progression routes available to your Digital Marketing Apprentice as they move onto a Level 4 qualification. After completing their Level 3 qualification, they will then progress on to Level 4 Digital Marketing, allowing them to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Your dedicated Recruitment Executive will be on hand to discuss any questions you have regarding the Level 4 Apprenticeship programme. An Assessor will regularly visit you and your Apprentice in the workplace to carry out onsite reviews and assessments. This ensures that your Apprentice is on track with their work and that you as their employer are fully informed of their progress.
