Our Services Educate Resourcing provides short- term and long-term and permanent placements for Teachers, Cover Supervisors and Behaviour/ Teaching Assistants across North Wales and the North West of England. We are able to supply appropriately qualified staff into the Primary, Secondary and Tertiary sectors. All supply staff adhere to the Educate safeguarding procedures which are continuously updated to reflect the latest policy in England and Wales, this includes all staff having an enhanced up to date DBS certificate.

Our Supply staff will integrate seamlessly into existing school systems and aim to provide highly effective cover for short-term, long-term and permanent positions.

Our supply staff all have enhanced DBC clearance, and have access to continuous CPD provided by our in-house specialists. Our dedicated Safeguarding team ensures that Schools can be confident that each member of staff that interacts with learners has up to date knowledge of Child Protection procedures.

Our supply staff will have access to our own specialised teaching resources and materials that can be utilised at a moment’s notice, or if preferred we can ensure the learning continues in the absence of colleagues by following preset Programmes of Study.

Out of School Services

At Educate Resourcing, we accept that not every learner is suited to an entirely school – based curriculum. We will support Mainstream education providers in improving the attainment and engagement of hard to reach learners. Our specialised staff will work with you to develop and accredit provision that enhances pupils’ skills in core subjects through practical and engaging courses, whilst simultaneously learning new skills.

We are also able to offer small group and personal tuition to learners that for various reasons are not able to access a school setting. This is delivered by

Qualified teachers who have considerable experience of working with learners that are hard to reach. We are able to offer Maths, English, Science, Humanities, ICT and PE tuition, as well as delivering Vocational Courses based around Life Skills, Independent living, Self-esteem and Teamwork. We can also provide a catch-up service for those learners that have been out of education for sustained periods of time.

Our cost-effective solutions will ensure that every pupil receives the individual support they need to progress.

Our ServicesAs a member of Educate Resourcing supply team, you will have access to not only short-term, long term and permanent positions within all sectors, but more importantly access to up to date training and support.

You will have access to a designated mentor to ensure you are continually supported and trained to deliver engaging lessons, develop marking and assessment techniques, as well as providing you with access to highly effective behaviour management and reward strategies.

What sets Educate Resourcing apart from its competitors is that your mentor comes with over 15 years’ experience in a formal education setting as a Teacher, Middle Leader and Senior Manager.

We will work tirelessly with you to ensure a placement that suit your needs and skill-set, whilst rewarding your hard-work and professionalism.

All staff placed by Educate Resourcing will be mentored by a Qualified Teacher with over 15 years experience as a classroom Teacher, Middle leader and Senior leader within schools.

We will provide training and support in the following areas:Behaviour management, Effective assessment and feedback, Child protection and safeguarding, How to make yourself more employable, CV service, Preparation for interviews, Coaching, Teaching engaging lessons, Creating a safe classroom

EducateResourcing

Educate Resourcing is a new and innovative provider of education support services to Schools, Colleges and specialist schools across North Wales and the North West of England. Our organisation was created by like-minded people with a combined experience of 50 years within education, working in a wide variety of contexts and engaging with some of the area’s most challenging learners.

Educate Resourcing will work effectively with any education provider and Local Authority to ensure that we provide a cost effective, efficient and personalised service. As an organisation, we can offer Supply Teachers, Cover Supervisors and Teaching / Behaviour support assistants into the Primary, Secondary and Tertiary sectors. All of our staff are focussed on delivering a high-quality service by blending seamlessly into your organisation and working within your existing school systems.

Our Alternative Curriculum service can provide engaging courses for learners that require extra intervention to access mainstream education. Educate Resourcing will work with Schools and Education providers to create bespoke packages to support pupil attainment. These courses will be delivered by Qualified Teachers and Professionals within each curriculum area required.

Educate Resourcing is also able to offer small group and one to one tuition to learners that are not able to access a school setting. This provision is delivered by qualified Teachers in an environment to suit the learners. We feel this approach is more effective at engaging and supporting vulnerable learners than a “virtual” learning experience. This system will also provide a more robust safeguarding process.
