Monzo can focus on developing new features for customers
With AWS, Monzo is able to rely on an infrastructure and
reliability team with just eight people to run the mobile-only
bank. Teams can focus on developing new features for
customers, rather than managing infrastructure.
Monzo wanted to eliminate the frustrations of
traditional banking. They found the tools they needed to build their app are already
built into the AWS infrastructure.
Today, Monzo runs 1600 core-banking microservices that allow more than 4 million
customers to access their accounts, so they can instantly manage their
money.
