Setting Up Your Firm

• Packages are how you access your cloud-hosted QuickBooks. When you start up your work computer, you’re usually required to login with your work credentials. Right Networks works similarly – you log in with your Right Networks credentials and access a hosted desktop.

What are packages?

• Anyone who will use QuickBooks in the cloud needs a package assigned to their username

Users

• The base package is QuickBooks Desktop Cloud. This grants you access to the cloud-hosted desktop, plus QuickBooks. In addition, you get access to Google Chrome, TSheets, PDF24, and printing software. Additional applications, are only included in higher package tiers.

Buy, Lease, or BYOL

• When you buy a QuickBooks license during this prompt, you’re buying it from Right Networks directly. Due to our partnership with Intuit, we can sell these licenses at a reduced price. If you don’t currently have a QuickBooks license and don’t want to pay monthly for a lease, this is your best option.

Buy

• If you choose to lease a QuickBooks license from Right Networks, you will pay a monthly fee to access QuickBooks on top of your usual cloud-hosting charges. The advantage to leasing a QuickBooks license from us is that you can upgrade your license to the new year, every year, for no extra charge.
