TRANSLATION PROCESS

The Translation Process are steps taken to translate meaning from Source

Language (SL) to Translate Language (TL). It is the movement of written

information that requires comprehension, analysis, interpretation, organization,

knowledge, etc.

Consist on good writing skills in your native language, good understanding of the

terminology and great attention to detail. Depends on the audience, the purpose,

know the words, the situation, the language, the techniques and the ability to

translate.

Skills or traits are patience, focused, talent, creativity, potential, attitudes, styles,

agility, domain and efficacy to translate. The resources we use are dictionaries,

internet, word processors, glossaries, and translation software specialized,

communities and web translation, etc.
