In recent years, those working in the modern industrial world are waking up to the increasing

The CTT Values Assessments provide clients a mirror to see their reality and to understand who they are and to have a glimpse of what they are yet to become. Transpersonal methodology is a highly effective way to aid their journey for self-actualization and self-transcendence during every-day activities.

Based on one of the founders of transpersonal psychology, Roberto Assagioli, the goal of trans-personal work is for the evolution of consciousness journey.

Prior to this, the purpose is to help integrate, to synthesize, the individual around the personal self, and then later to effect the synthesis between the personal ego and the Self. Therefore, all techniques should be subordinated to this basic goal; they are not a static collection of tools.”

Transpersonal means beyond the personal. It works with our yearning, ingrained in the collective archetypes of human psyche, for evolving from the “fear-driven” focus in our Self Interest (become the best of the world) to the “trust-driven” focus on the Common Good (become the best for the world).

The Transpersonal model recognizes the inter-connectedness of individuals, communities and organizations and actively engages our ability to work with and develop the systemic potential of these networks.

The 2-day Transpersonal Coach and Facilitator Training Programme is designed for CTT Practitio-ners, Coaches, Change Agents, Managers, Leaders and HR professionals who want to take their coaching, mentoring and facilitation skills and capabilities to the next level.

This programme was created by Sir John Whitmore based on the accumulated wisdom on trans-personal psychology in the past 100 years, as well as our collective coaching expertise and client experiences in the past 30 years. It contains cutting edge theories and frameworks as well as highly effective methodologies and toolkits to apply with clients for their everyday challenges. Your facilitators- Héctor Infer and Niran Jiang- have been working closely with Sir John Whitmore over the years and have contributed to the new design of this programme.

A journey for participants to experience:

• Unfold their unique gifts and inner powers to facilitate with integrity, remaining vulnerable and present in the transformational journey of their clients.

• Learn how to use a range of personal resources and transpersonal techniques to inspire para-digm shifts and foster the personal transformation of their clients.

• Practice the use of their unique personal resources and transpersonal techniques to expand their coaching skills and strengths their transpersonal facilitator capabilities.

During this workshop, participants shall:• Receive an introduction to spiritual intelligence and the Transpersonal Model, to gain an in-dep-

th understanding of their practical applications to one’s self and clients. • Learn how to evaluate and conceptualise the experience of self-regulation, self-awareness

and self-motivation in professional practice. • Explore the multiplicity of personality archetypes and its effect on personal and professional

• Practice the use of tools and methodologies to facilitate full spectrum activation transformation, with unique techniques.

• Receive feedback to gain a deep comprehension of their unique facilitation gifts and unders-tand the importance of keep a stable sense of identity and inner freedom.

• Develop an understanding of the centrality of the Will and the importance of motivation, choice and personal responsibility for individual empowerment.

• Understand and start working with the creative potential inherent within problems,challenges and crises and the concept of emerging purpose.

• Elaborate a personal action plan with commitments to become the Facilitator they are meant to be.

Niran Jiang

Niran Jiang co-founded the Institute of Human Excellence with Sir John Whitmore. She is a strategic advisor, change facilitator and executive coach, with over 20 years of organizational development experience in USA, Europe, and Australasia. She is a seasoned trainer who has taught thousands of coaches andchange consultants worldwide, and also a keynote speaker on emerging business and social topics.

Niran is actively involved in social change globally. She is a co-founder of Be the Change Australia, a grass root organisation which educates, inspires, and enables people to take personal responsibility for a shared global future. She serves as an executive director for the Club of Budapest in Australia.

USA. Her innovation work at S.C. Johnson led to the largest acquisition in the company’s history. Niran was a faculty for The Prince of Wales’s Business & Sustainability Programme (BSP), established in 1994 by The Prince of Wales and the University of Cambridge.

Niran has designed and delivered large-scale transformation programmes for a diverse group of orga-nisations involving from 50 to 330,000 people. She has accumulated rich experiences in working with complexities and nuances across boards, executive teams and whole organisations, especially around how to shift mindsets, evolve group dynamics and change individual behaviours.

Niran holds a MBA from University of California at Los Angeles, a Master and a Bachelor of Science

Hector Infer

Héctor is founder partner of Transform Action Spain and LatAm, a community of consultants aimed to supportleaders and Teams in the implementation of CulturalTransformation, Innovative Solutions and Talent Develop-ment for organizations.He has been Regional DevelopmentManager in BAT Industries, Bank of America and XeroxLatin American Caribbean Division, working and living inBrazil, México, Argentina and Spain.

He was educated as Telecommunications Engineer and Business Administrator; later he specia-lized in Strategic Business Modeling, Performance Engineering and Management of Organizatio-nal Behavior.

Héctor has over 30 years of experience delivering Coaching and Mentoring for CEO’s and Facili-tating Change in Management Teams in Latin America and Spain.

Since 1990, as an independent consultant, He has delivered corporate development programmes aimed to the implementation the Cultural Changes required for the improvement of Key Perfor-mance Indicators in local companies and subsidiaries of multinational companies operating in Spain, Portugal and most countries in the Latin American & Caribbean Region.
