POM WVL and Euralogistic: similar effect => similar ambitions similar objective

But:

๏ no ‘formal’ partnership in Tandem

๏ no knowledge institutes => cross-border collaboration between knowledge institutes via

‘interim stage’

๏ still (a great deal of) work to be done!
