Conclusions

• Publish Transportation Policy:“Our dues include transportation fees which provide a significant benefit to parents by getting their rowers to practice safely, and to coaches by getting everyone to practice on time. We do not offer the option of opting out, as transportation benefits the overall team, similar to the purchase of boats and other equipment.”

• If we lose a County bus:• Poll team to determine who would want to drive• If not enough rowers want to drive, pursue commercial

bus at additional cost
