1. Latar belakang

(Background)

The 3rd Indo green forestry Expo 2011 Adalah kegiatan pameran Kehutanan terbesar di

Indonesia pada kementrian kehutanan repulik Indonesia yang diselenggarakan sejak

tahun 2009 menampilkan potensi sector kehutanan pada pengolahan, pemanfaatan dan pelestarian hutan, hasil hutan berupa kayu maupun no kayu. Produk olahannya serta

peralatan pemanfaatan hutan.

The 3rd Indo green forestry Expo 2011 is the largest exhibition events in Indonesia in the

Republic of Indonesia's forestry ministry which is held since 2009. it shows the potential

of the forestry sector in the processing, utilization and conservation of forests, the forest

products like wood or non wood. Processing products and equipments for the forestutilization.

Pameran ini merupakan media sosialisasi program dan tindakan nyata pemerintah danpihak swasta dalam melaksanakan pembangunan hutan berkelanjutan termasuk reklamasi

hutan dan lahan bekas lahan tambang.

This exhibition is a medium of socialization programs and concrete actions the

government and the private sector in implementing sustainable forest development,

including forest and land reclamation former mining land.

Kegiatan pameran ini dilaksanakan secara berkala setiap tahun di tingkat nasional yang

bertempat di jakarta sebagai ibu kota Republik Indonesia.

This exhibition activities carried out regularly every year at the national level, which tookplace in Jakarta as the capital of the Republic of Indonesia

Diselenggarkan dalam rangka memperingati tahun kehutanan internasional danmendukung upaya merealisasikan konsep gaya hidup yang hijau menuju Indonesia hijau

concept of a green lifestyle to green of Indonesia

Hal-hal yang akan ditampilkan dalam pameran berbagai produk kehutanan yang ramah

lingkungan dan beragam kegiatan yang menarik seperti talkshow, presentasi gagasanyang diharapkan dapat memunculkan ide-ide atau gagasan baru yang segar dan menarik

dalam rangka mewujudkan indonesia hijau.

The things that will be displayed in the exhibition range of environmentally friendly

forest products and a variety of interesting activities such as talk shows,ideas

presentations, that can bring new ideas or new ideas are fresh and interesting in order to

III. POTENSI dan PROMOSI

(POTENTIAL and PROMOTION)

3.1 Potensi daerah Way Kanan

Way kanan merupakan salah satu kabupaten dari 14 (empat belas) kabupaten

kota di provinsi lampung. Yang dibentuk berdasarkan undang-undang No. 12

tahun 1999 dan diresmikan pada tanggal 27 April 1999, di Jakarta yangditandai dengan penandatanganan prasasti dan pelantikan pelaksana tugas

Bupati Way kanan Bapak Drs. Tamanuri oleh Menteri Dalam Negeri SyarwanHamid.

Kemudian tanggal 27 April 1999 ini ditetapkan sebagai hari jadi Kabupaten

Way Kanan dan diperingati setiap tahun sebagai hari Ulang tahun KabupatenWay Kanan yang dimeriahkan dengan Festival Raden Jambat. Kegiatan

tersebut di atas diadakan berbagai kegiatan pameran pembangunan dan

promosi potensi yang ada di kabupaten Way kanan dimulai setiap tanggal 21April sampai dengan 27 April setiap tahun.

Way kanan is one of the districts of 14 (fourteen) districts and towns in the province ofLampung. Established under the law No. 12 years of 1999 and inaugurated on April 27,

1999, in Jakarta, which was marked by the signing of the inscription and the inauguration

Then on April 27, 1999 is designated as the anniversary of Way Kanan regency and

April 21 to 27 April each year.

o Timur-Barat : Antara 103.40- 105.50 Bujur Timur

o Utara-Selatan: antara 6.45- 3.45Lintang Selatan

Ibukota kabupaten way kanan berada pada kota blambangan umpu, yang posisinya dalam

peta wilayah kabupaten berada di tengah-tengah. Daftar kecamatan dapat dilihat pada

tabel 1

luas area dan produksi pada 2 (dua ) sub sektor yani perkebunan dan kehutanan. Data

tersebut disajikan potensi perkebunan tabel 8 s.d 10 dan potensi kehutanan tabel 11sampai dengan 14
