-How can we make all the logistic part of the trip simpler and easier? How-book (use what is already existing) Financing : what do I need? Why? Where can I found investors? How to build a file?

Prepare the action you want to have locally (Who will you interact with? What will your role be?) and the tools you’ll use for your study, measure of impact, etc.

• Topics – How do you find the people you are going to interact with (companies,

families, NGOs, etc) ?– Should you have a prescriber to justify your travel and action?– How long should you stay at one place?– What should be your role when doing fieldwork (observation vs. implication) ?– If you want to realize a quantitative study, which figures are realistic to

gather ? Should you rely on existing indicators or create new ones?– How can we work on the impact, and particularly on the social impact (good

vs. bad practices) ?– Which follow up tools should we set up?

on – How to build a network of followers– How to select the type of communication (video, blog, newsletter…) : linked to

your talents, your tastes or the most efficient means to reach people ? – How to measure the impact you have on others (number of people reached, if

you have succeeded to engage them…)
