Terms and conditions
• Rates are quoted per person per night in USD
• Covid testing fees (if applicable) are not included with the travel agent rates
• Minimum 3 nights stay for the complimentary quarantine (if applicable) of up to 14 nights to apply
• There is limited room inventory at the discounted travel industry rate. Book early to avoid disappointment.
• Triple occupancy only available in Deluxe and Golden Jr Suites
• A valid Travel Agent ID (IATAN/CLIA/TRUE/ACTA) must be presented at check-in for the rates to apply
• Cancellations or modifications must be notified in writing
• Friendly cancellation up to 48-hrs before your Valentin experience.
• No shows or cancellation less than 48h prior to arrival and without advanced notice in writing:
- No refund
- No shows will lose the privilege of receiving travel agent rates for future stays
Purchasing travel insurance is always recommended.
• Payment Methods:
- Payment can be made upon arrival to the property or in advance through credit card.
