Now wehead into the amazing Nitmiluk National Park (尼米鲁国家公园). Previously known asKatherine Gorge National Park, this park spans more than 292,000 hectares. Withrugged landscapes, thundering waterfalls and unlimited flora and fauna, Nitmiluk isa haven for adventurers and nature lovers alike. The landscape at Nitmiluk NationalPark changes dramatically through the wet and dry seasons, but whatever the timeof year, Leliyn (Edith Falls 伊迪丝瀑布) always has refreshing water to enjoy. Thespirit and culture of the Aboriginal people is ever-present at Nitmiluk. Throughoutthe park you’ll see original Aboriginal Rock Art (原住民岩石艺术) that expresses inimages this very deep spiritual culture. Take some time to browse through theNitmiluk Visitor Centre（尼米鲁游客中心）. The Display Centre and Heritage Museumfeatures large scale models illustrating the flora, fauna and rock formations of thePark. A key highlight of your day will be the Katherine Gorge cruise (凯瑟琳峡谷巡航).One of the most visited sites in Australia’s Top End, Katherine Gorge is a stunningnetwork of thirteen gorges carved from billion year old sandstone that are home tomany rapids and falls flowing from the Katherine River. Litchfield National Park Waterfalls – Include LunchApprox. Tour Duration: 0715hrs – 1800hrsBoarding early for the drive to Litchfield National Park down ‘the Track’ (StuartHighway). The gorgeous town of Batchelor (巴彻勒小镇) is the gateway to LitchfieldNational Park. Batchelor’s townsfolk love to host visitors to Litchfield National Parkand it’s here that you can enjoy morning tea (own expense) at one of their localcafés. Established in 1986, Litchfield National Park (利奇菲尔德国家公园) is a trulystunning destination. Here you can take in the splendour of thundering falls,rainforest pockets and sacred historic sites. The Termite Mounds (白蚁丘) found atLitchfield National Park are the incredible architectural works of local termites. Viewthe spectacular double waterfalls of Florence Falls（佛罗伦萨瀑布）from a highvantage point before making your way down the stairs to take a dip in the gorgeousplunge pool. There’s also time for an interpretive walk through the scenic bush andmonsoon vine forest. One of the three major waterfalls along the western face ofthe Tabletop Range, Tolmer Falls (托尔默瀑布) is a truly spectacular sight. You’llmarvel at the water cascading down into the deep waterhole at the base of the falls,which is home to several colonies of rare ghost bats and orange horseshoe bats.Next, Wangi Falls (万尼瀑布) is the most accessible of rock pools and is a perfect spotto take another dip.Note: Low to moderate level of fitness required.
