In 2017, Bigs made great strides building on a strong foundation while implementing its strategic plan. The next five years will be focused on growth to provide service to children desperately in need – there are more than 3,500 – and we must increase our revenue to do so. For the past three years, our local program won the National Quality Award recognizing the hard work of agency leadership and staff in providing high quality programming while maintaining financial stability. We were among only 36 agencies out of 400 in the Nation to recieve this honor. In this annual report, we recognize the work and support of our Bigs (volunteer mentors), Board and Staff, and the generosity of our more than 4,486 supporters. You are improving the lives of children one relationship at a time.
