• Tread monitor has an exciting touch interface

• From the main menu you can access a varietyof useful options

– Quick Training (click to get started on a run)

– Dashboard (total workout data, results fromprevious workouts, recovery mode stats)

– Setup (set up user profile and turn onautomatic sharing to Facebook and Twitter

– PAFERS (send feedback, visit PAFERS website,rate the app and see other PAFERS apps)

– Program (12 training programs in two levels)

– HRC (set desired heart rate and treadmill willprovide a customized workout)

– Recovery (one minute recovery mode)

• Simply click the Quick Training button in the center of the home screen and follow theprompts to get started
