Murad Method™ facials are a new and entirely personalised concept in high-performance professional skincare from internationally renowned skincare brand Murad. During your facial,

your therapist will spend time analysing your specific skin type before designing a bespoke facial to address multiple skin concerns. The facial also includes touchpoint massage techniques to help

relieve stress for ultimate relaxation and mindfulness.

Your Otium Spa Experience

We are open 7 days a week for relaxation and treatments. Please see our website for opening times and treatment times.

We welcome you to book your treatment or relaxation pass with us online, via our App or by calling us on 01784 333111. All visits to Otium Spa must be booked in advance.

Please bring two swimming costumes with you if you are planning to use the wet spa area and swimming pool as well as having a treatment. A complimentary towel, robe and a hot

drink will be provided.

All Otium Spa members receive a 10% discount on treatment prices on weekdays.

• Treatment times shown are approximate and include preparation time.

• If appointments are missed we cannot offer a replacement time or refund. A cancellation charge for the full amount will be made if less than 24 hours notice is given.

• Otium Spa guests must be 16 years or over. Maximum of 10 guests, per group.

• If you are using a gift voucher for payment you must bring the original voucher with you or full payment will be taken.

• If your chosen package includes a manicure or pedicure, please ensure gel applications are removed prior to your visit. Removal of gel applications cannot be guaranteed on the day and will be chargeable.

• We offer a specially designed massage treatment for expectant and nursing mothers. Some of our treatments, however, are not suitable for you during this special time, so please allow the Otium Spa team to guide you in selecting which treatments are most suitable for you. Unfortunately, we do not offer any spa treatments during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.

• The Otium Spa team reserves the right to stop treatment at any time is she/he feels that the guest’s behaviour is inappropriate.

• We strongly advise that you do not consume any alcohol before using the pool, sauna or steam room.
