We embrace the sound of the shofar blown on Yom Kippur (the Day of Atonement) announc-ing the Jubilee, the time when slaves are set free, spiritual debt forgiven, debt caused by sin, canceled, and debt enslaving the people removed. Empowered by the Holy Spirit to make this reality, we strive to follow in Yeshua’s footsteps, to live as He lives, and to carry out His work in and for His kingdom. The Feast Days and Appointed Times of God for September 2017

Romans 1:16, “For I am not ashamed of the Good News, since it is God’s powerful means of bringing salvation to everyone who keeps on trusting, to the Jew especially, but equally to the Gentile. CJB” This scripture sums up the purpose of this column. It is difficult to understand God’s entire plan of the redemption of mankind if we only study certain scriptures or teachings. The entire Bible is for the reproof of believers. The calendar used in the West is the solar calendar. The Jewish calendar uses both lunar and solar movements. The Jewish day begins at sunset. Adjustments are made for leap years to keep the feast days in their ap-pointed seasons. Today the Jewish calendar is determined precisely by astronomical calculations. The new moon of each month is called Rosh Hodesh (head of the month) and prayers, Torah readings and special greetings mark the event. God established the order of the months and the first Hebrew calendar to determine His appointed times for man in Exodus, chapter 12. The first month marked Nisan which is when He re-deemed Israel from Egypt. So too as Passover is celebrated today we rec-ognize that Yeshua is our Passover Lamb. The appointed time for the New Year (Rosh Hashanah), spoken of in Le-viticus 23, for this year is on Sept. 21, 2017. This is the beginning of the harvest season, the first of the fall holidays, and a special Sabbath. This is the spiritual New Year and is “the Day of Sounding”, (Festival of Trum-pets). The Shofar is sounded to commemorate “The Head of the New Year”. The purpose of the festival is a regathering to a pure faith in God, a time of repentance to ensure the New Year is pleasing to God. There is a forty day fast and introspection prior to the New Year. From Av 30 5777, August 22 to Tishrei 10, the Day of Atonement (Yom Kippur), prep-aration is made. This is when Moses ascended Mt Sinai to receive the sec-ond set of tablets (The Law) and then descended forty days later. Rosh Hashanah has a somber note but also a hint of hope because of God ’s for-giveness. In the ancient world the Shofar is sounded to hail the new king. Someday all Israel is to assemble before the king of kings and Messiah in anticipation of personal judgement. Many biblical scholars believe this appointed season marks Yeshua’s immersion in the Jordan River, His forty days of testing in the wilderness, and then at Rosh Hashanah the begin-ning of His three year ministry. Prophetically speaking, the regathering of all earthly saints are to meet Yeshuah in the clouds and this event is marked by the sounding of the Shofar (the note used is the blast of alarm). Jewish and Gentile believers in the Messiah Yeshua, the believing remnant, of Isaiah 27:12-13 and Matthew 24:31. There are many parallel events and occasions in the Old Testament that are mirrored in the New Testament for us to marvel at and celebrate as the perfect redemption plan of God for man. Astronomy *Historic and future events concerning

Israel are precisely timed; they occur according to

God's plan and His timing: “You will arise and

have mercy on Zion ... for the set time has

come" (Ps 102.13)Man observed this timing in the

phases of the moon, and devised forms of lunar

calendars. In contrast, the Gregorian calendar

adopted today as the international standard for

civil use was developed for ecclesiastical purpos-

es, namely to regulate the cycle of Christian holi-

days! Today, a lunar calendar is usually a luniso-

lar calendar - one based on cycles of the lunar

phases but with added intercalary months to bring

the calendar year into synchronism with the solar

year. The Hebrew (Jewish) calendar, the official

calendar of Israel, is lunisolar and is used for reli-

gious observances. So the Jewish Year is a luni-

solar one.

Israel's Feasts and World Events; the Hebrew

calendar could be viewed as 'God's calendar'

since it is based upon phases of one of God's cre-

ations - the moon. For instance, each month in a

lunar calendar begins with a new moon. God or-

dained seven feasts for Israel and these are dis-

tributed throughout the Hebrew year. They com-

mence at Passover and end with the Feast of

Tabernacles. Although largely ignored by the

church, these feasts are of fundamental im-

portance to both Jew and Gentile. Every major

event in the life of Jesus occurred during one of

Israel's seven feasts! And Jesus kept every one of

these feasts, including the last Passover before

His betrayal (Lk 22.15). Today, many see these

The 2017 solar eclipse spans nearly half of the

globe, yet traverses only 1 nation, the USA. On

that day, the sunrise will be darkened much like

Isaiah 13:9.The eclipse will traverse 10 states that

allude to the 10 Commandments perhaps that the

USA has violated and is being called to judgment.

Why such a possible prophetic correlation is sug-

gested is that the prophecy of Isaiah 13 rings true

of how during the total solar eclipse, the Sun will

be rising in darkness for America in the east that

morning. This is profound and not one’s ordinary

bright and spectacular sunrise. The New Moon

that will cause the total solar eclipse will be a

Black Moon. These Black Moons are a rarer type

and occur about once every 33 months.

As noted, the solar eclipse’s Maximum for the Au-

gust 21, 2017 eclipse will be just south of Carbon-

dale in Illinois. It will exit the nation in the direct

path of Columbia and just north of Charleston,

South Carolina. Precisely the eclipse will exit off

of Key Beach. The total solar eclipse of April 8,

2024 will intersect this same Maximum Eclipse

point just south of Carbondale, Illinois in the edge

of Cedar Lake. The calculated intersecting point is

at 31.22N, 121.45E. This will occur on April 8,

2024 and comes from the southern diagonal to

form an ‘X’. Many believe that this ‘X’ marks the

spot as a type of prophetic marker for America’s

judgment.

As noted in the prior study, the area of southern

Illinois is called Little Egypt and many points along

the Mississippi River are attributed to the names

of the Nile. It is also rather unique is that both riv-

ers start on the same Latitude as the Mississippi

River flows south to the Gulf of Mexico and the

Nile River flows north to the Mediterranean Sea. It

is rather interesting that Carbondale takes its

name from Carbon. The chemical element Carbon

with symbol C and comprise what humans are

made out of. Interestingly, Carbon has 6 neutrons,

6 protons and 6 electrons thus a 6-6-6 typology

and encryption. As many know, the number of the

coming Mark of the Beast or Antichrist is 666.

A Prophetic Warning

What is also spectacular is that the celestial

eclipse over the USA with its 4 geographic coordi-

nates are in phi ratio to each other. What is alarm-

ing is that the center line of these total solar eclip-

ses is that their mathematical relationship geo-

graphically corresponds to the Mississippi River,

America’s ‘Nile’ and the New Madrid earthquake

fault-line. Why would the continental states be

physically divided down the Mississippi and the

New Madrid line? The solar eclipse convergence

occurs in the USA in the location that the celestial

Star of Isis, Venus will be directly in line at 33 de-

grees with the location of the ‘Little Egypt’ that

associates it with America.

The total solar eclipse of August 21, 2017 will

enter the continental USA around the area of

Lincoln Beach in Oregon, the 33rd

state and

exit the USA on the 33rd

degree just above

Charleston, South Carolina. What is amazing,

as others have pointed out is that this travers-

ing of a total solar eclipse across America has

not occurred since 1918, exactly 99 years.

This 99 number can be factored-out as

(33+33+33). The eclipse of 2017 occurs exact-

ly 33 days away from the astronomically align-

ment of the Great Sign of Virgo of the book of

Revelation 12. From the study by BibleS-

tudy.org on the Biblical meaning of number, 33

also derives some of its meaning from the total

number of times '3' or '.33' is used in the book

of Revelation. Because it is the product of 3

times 11, it can represent YHVH's judgment.

Thus, the book of Revelation illustrates

YHVH's complete, final judgment of the world,

and perhaps on the USA.

The following are just some sample of the eso-

teric and Biblical inference to the number 33.

The 33rd time Noah's name is used in the Bi-

ble is when YHVH makes a special covenant

or promise with him. This also has an obvious

context of divine judgment. A normal human

spine has 33 vertebrae when the bones that

form the coccyx are counted individually. What

is also unique is that the approximate width of

this shadow line will be 70 miles. Is it coinci-

dence that such a number, to prophecy stu-

dents echoes the 70 year anniversary of Is-

rael’s vote in the UN to become a nation in

1947? Furthermore, the number 33 is, accord-

ing to the Newton Scale, the temperature at

which water boils. Does this have some possi-

ble prophetic implications that YHVH’s pa-

tience has reached a ‘boiling point’ with Ameri-

ca? In the Bible, the divine name of Elohim

appears 33 times in the story of Creation in the

opening chapters of Genesis. Also in Genesis,

the 33rd time Abraham's name is used in the

Bible is when Isaac, the Child of Promise, a

foreshadowing of the coming of Jesus Christ is

born to him when he is 99 years old

(33+33+33). This association is a possible

overture of how the last type of this solar

eclipse occurred in America was in 1918, ex-

actly 99 years ago.

X Marks the Spot As noted, the entry and exit points only occurs in 1 nation, the USA. The entry and exit points are from the sea in 2017. In 2024, the eclipse entrance-exit points occur by land. The 2

Great American Eclipse starts in Mexico near Torreon in the area of Nazas where it will have its maximum on April 8, 2014, almost 7 years from the 2017 one. This eclipse enters the USA from the southwest, precisely over Radar Base north of Eagle Pass, Texas and exits in Maine in-between the small locals of Montecel-lo and Littleton. It coincidentally also travels throughout 10 states. The astronomical occur-rence happens in the constellation of Pisces. The ‘X’ conjunction the 2 total solar eclipses produce is striking at the heart of America like a ‘double witness’.

What this study further seeks to correlate is the

sequence of where on a timeline the Great

American Eclipse occurs. Given the timeline of

solar and lunar eclipses based off of NASA’s

data, the total solar eclipse of August in 2017

occurs just before the Triad of total lunar eclip-

ses or 3 consecutive Blood Moons. What is

unique about this timeline is that it appears to

have started with a 3-2-1 countdown of total

solar eclipses since 2008. Each was oddly

enough on the 9th of Av, the bad omen day for

Israel. The 3-2-1 total solar eclipse apparent

countdown started just before a similar Triad of

Blood Moons in 2011-12. It was in-between

these 2 Blood Moon Triads that the famous

Tetrad occurred in 2014-15.

What is unique about the Triads is that each

are spaced out nearly 7 years apart. They are

also centered on the Central Blood Moon that

are called ‘Bull’s Eyes’ and seen directly over

Jerusalem. It is also interesting that the Great

Sign of Virgo that occurs 33 days after the

Great American Eclipse occurs also in 2017,

just prior to this same Blood Moon Triad. To

reiterate, the following is the short list of the

numerical factor of 33 found associated with

this 2017 Great American Eclipse.

-Eclipse enters through the 33rd

state, Oregon.

-Eclipse exits at the 33rd

latitude just north of

Charleston.

-Eclipse occurs 33 days out from the Great

Sign of Revelation 12

-Sun rises to a darkness with a ‘Black Moon’

that occurs only every 33 days.

Bible Prophecy News

Everywhere today the news media, churches, blogs, scientists and prophecy teachers are warning us of judgements that are coming. We may agree because we see persecution of Jews and Christians on the rise. Persecution in dis-tant places from the U.S. is overt, obvious and brutal. Persecution in the U.S. is deceptive and very sneaky and has succeeded in changing our moral compass, unhinging our mooring to our his-torical founding and invaded the fabric of socie-ty like black mold. The blood of innocents in our land from abortion cries out for justice.

We see changes in the earth and signs in the heavens that are more than cyclic and alarming. Plagues that were once controlled or eradicated are revisiting the people. Seismic movements and Island building from natural forces are oc-curring at tremendous frequency. Prophecy is being fullfilled quickly before our very eyes, and testified to by historians, scholars and scien-tists. Examples of fulfillment are the ability to preach the gospel to all, everywhere and aposta-sy in the West’s churches. The Days of Noah conditions of violence everywhere, godlike ge-netic engineering, 54 simultaneous worldwide conflicts, persecution and rumors of others to take place. We see movements toward a global government and cashless societies, unprece-dented debt crises, nuclear disasters, weather disasters, seismic disasters, destruction of eco-systems, mass animal death, and prophetic signs in the heavens of blood moons, solar eclipses, convergences of particular constellations and stars. Other prophetic indications like in the days of Lot are the increase in family destruc-tion, removal of everything reminding our nation of the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, the horrendous drugging culture and the super rise in immorality. The popularity of rebuilding of the third temple and a constant litany on a two state solution for Israel is also prophetic. All of these events and conditions are sorely testing Adoni’s patience. Prophecy can only be under-stood in light of proper study of the whole word of God, Israel’s most important part in it and how the nations behave. The worse we behave morally and the worse we treat Israel the more disasters we will see and experience. So much prophecy is being fulfilled that we ignore at our peril. We are called to know the times we live in and to be watchmen and witnesses and a warning to all. These events and conditions may seem very overwhelming but we cannot ignore them, on the contrary let us keep watch and partici-pate as salt and light, keeping our lamps filled

and trimmed. Many people have been saved his-torically when biblical prophecy is testified to, the history of Nineveh for one example.

This column is an introductory to future col-umns that will simply describe some of the most recent major events and important links to prophecy and biblical principles to make note of and to search out for yourselves.

For August 21, there is the Great American Eclipse.

For September 23rd, there is the Jupiter in Virgo constellation event.

August 12, 13 - Perseids Meteor Shower. The Perseids is one of the best meteor showers to observe, producing up to 60 meteors per hour at its peak. It is produced by comet Swift-Tuttle, which was discovered in 1862. The Perseids are famous for producing a large number of bright meteors. The shower runs annually from July 17 to August 24. It peaks this year on the night of August 12 and the morning of August 13. The thin crescent moon will set early in the evening leaving dark skies for what should be an excel-lent show. Best viewing will be from a dark loca-tion after midnight. Meteors will radiate from the constellation Perseus, but can appear any-where in the sky.

In conjunction with the things of the cosmos there is an uptick in the activeness of certain faults and volcanoes, such as the New Madrid and the entire Yellowstone area. There are sev-en active volcanoes now worldwide and some are just recently active. Lunar, solar and other heavenly body events involving earth cause tidal pull on the faults and the earth’s magma under volcanoes

We are told not to worship these things but to take note as for signs of the times. This is Ado-nai’s universe and one third of the scriptures are considered prophetic. It is important to un-derstand that our Messiah, Yeshua is going to return and Adonai is in charge very intimately with us and His creation. So what should we be-lievers do? Yeshua’s prescription in Matt. 24 is if you are His don’t worry, these things must happen, but pay attention, pray, witness, cor-rect each other, forgive others, love your ene-my and pray for those in power, pray for Jeru-salem. We are to continue our assignment in His Great Commission and walk by his example. If you are not his child then don’t wait to get right there is no time to loose, run to a bible believing Yeshua loving congregation and they will lead you to salvation. AMB

History corner

Prior to the founding of this great nation, George Whitfield was preaching throughout the colonies the born again message. He was called the marvel of the age due to his powerful oratory conducted outside because of the size and com-mand of his audiences of thousands. He preached 18,000 times to slave and well born alike and founded African American Christianity and the Great American Awakening. He was considered the great American Evangelical founding father and deeply affected others in the founding like Patrick Henry and Benjamin Franklin on the issue of tyrannical government. Like a John the Baptist his preaching was preparing men and the way for important events of the future of liberty. Eric Metaxes wrote a book recently called “If you can keep it” and cites George Whitfield. Most of the Founders were indeed church going Christian’s regardless of what our revisionist history teaches today in schools and colleges. They believed a virtuous people could govern themselves. But virtue requires faith and faith requires freedom which translates to freedom of religion not freedom from religion. In order to deal with the war on American culture today we must re-instruct the youth about religious liberty to prepare them for virtu-ous living and the responsibility for governing themselves and a patriotism that is derived from pride in the founding of their nation. Historically The American founding people then were a people defined by an ideal not by the labeling of race, ethnicity, and country of origin or status. And, what was that ideal? That people have the ability to self-govern but there are rights and responsibilities in order to keep that liberty. The founders were prepared for self-governance through biblical principles and the knowledge of great historical documents of self-governance such as the book of Deuteronomy, the Magna Carte and the English bill of rights and thesis’s on constitutional government written by great men Like John Locke. The federalist Papers cite these great works and the au-thors. For centuries the ten commandments have grace our halls of justice and schools, and we as a people have been unconquered, blessed and we have indeed blessed many other nations. We are a nation of free citizens not immigrants. To this day more people try to immigrate here than any other nation for the ideals of freedom, religious liberty and prosperity. And to this day we the people/ citi-zens are more chartable that any other nation. Instead of rewriting our history and constantly apologizing for our short comings, we are to celebrate American exceptionalism by becoming a virtuous citizen faithful to the founding principles of good and responsible justice. In 1974 the paleoanthropologist Donald Johanson discovered a fossil skeleton in Ethiopia Africa. This 40% skeleton was named after the Beatles song Lucy in the Sky with Dia-monds. This was the music the team was playing repeatedly on a tape player at the time of the find. There are several aspects of this find most people have not thought about. One is the bipedal motion of the animal, it is the knee joint and the hip that is being used to make the claim Lucy walked upright. Where was this “knee” found? Three years earli-er in 1971 Johanson had found it, in a dig, 200 feet deeper and 1.6 miles away from the location Lucy was found, why someone would associate these together is a mystery. This information was not public knowledge for many years. In fact, the original skeleton was not made available to other anthropologists for many years after the find. The legend of Lucy was well established by the time others had a chance to examine the actual evi-dence. Many questioned what they were looking at. Dr. Menton is an expert on anatomy. He does a great job separating fact from conjecture in the film we will be showing the second Tuesday of September. I will leave it to him to explain the hip problems; it will open your eyes.

The age of these fossils is another question. How was Lucy dated? How are other fossils dated? Lucy was dated at 3.2 million years. Most people do not realize it was not the bones themselves that were dated. Paleontologists look for a volcanic layer of sediment, as close to the fossil layer as they can find. In the case of Lucy, there was a volcanic ash layer just below the fossil layer and another one about 55 feet lower. Samples of this volcanic ash were taken and several meth-ods of radiometric dating were tested on them. Potassium-argon dating was used and later Argon-Argon dating was used. This assigns the date of 3.2 million years. However here are some facts you should think about: (next page)

The most common methods of radiometric dating are Uranium-lead; Samarium-neodymium; Potassium-argon; Rubidium-strontium; and Argon-argon, all give different dates of sam-ples. In some cases, the difference can be more than a billion years, yes I said billions. When these dates conflict, the scientist is asked to go back to his or her old charts on the wall and use those dates to interpret what was found. All lava flows show millions and millions of years in there dating, this includes just placed lava in Hawaii and Mt. Saint Helens.

Almost all bones are not fully fossilized. Even the dinosaur bones at Dinosaur National Monu-ment are only 65% fossilized. This means they could be Carbon-14 dated directly. Lucy’s bones were NOT carbon-14 dated. In my opinion, this is because the individuals involved know the results they would have received and have never allowed these bones to be tested this way. To my knowledge, in all cases, all bones of all animals whether dinosaur, person, ape, or other animal, that can be carbon-14 dated has yielded significant amounts of carbon-14. If you are not familiar with the ramifications of this statement, it is seri-ous, carbon-14 can only be found in things that are young (relatively speaking). Because of its rapid decay rate, trace amounts of carbon-14 can only be found in things less than 50,000 (fifty thousand) years old.

Most people are not aware of how often fraud or error has been found in the so-called “missing link” to mankind. A great example of this is shown to the right. Nebraska Man with all his attrib-utes was placed into text books all from the finding of 1 (one) tooth. In 1922 this was big news. People say, so what, but wait, this was primary evidence in the 1925 Scopes Trial, now famous for being the turning point away from teaching creation. The journal Science had to print a re-traction in 1927 when the rest of the skeleton of a pig was found with the rest of the teeth. This retraction did not change the damage done for the previous years and took more years for it to be rejected from all literature. The list goes on, Java Man, Peking Man and others. It is no wonder that Johanson did not let other an-thropologists examine the skeleton for many years. Many good scientists take God seriously when he stated in Genesis that he created each thing after its own kind, scientifically speaking, it is a great time to be a creationist.
