We counted the age of trees.

What is the height of the tree?Can you see our school trees ?

The width of the Ohře river is 104 m and it is 297m above the sea level, the walls of the castle are 302 m above the sea level and they are 3 m high. How many trees would the conquerors need to get the castle? They could use trees from forests round the town. These trees were 30 m tall.

You can see very old trees in CR ( Bohemian-Moravian Highlands), one of them is the King´s Linden tree in Klokočov which is about 900 years old.

The highest Spruce tree in CR is „těmpínský smrk“. Its height is about 57.40 m and its trunk is 70 cm in diameter.

The Linden tree in Jiřice , its perimeter is from 785 to 828 cm.

“Mikulovice Linden tree“ near our town is 18 m high and its perimetr is 941 cm and it is about 400 years old.
