Discussion held on upcoming Great Plains Food Bank, which is scheduled for Thursday, May 6, 2021. TheTISA BOD's will be volunteering if to pass out boxes if available.

Discussion held on student summer meal program, projected for Thursday, May 6, 2021.

Discussion held on the Child Care Assistance Program and their ability to assist local daycare provider inpurchasing and installing a security fence due to provider not being the owner of the residence wheresecurity fence is to be placed. TISA is exploring alternative funding options through other programs andavailable funds. Discussion held on potential fencing types, and collection of quotes for consideration.Chairman Rabbe will collect further information, explore any restrictions/limitations, quotes and re-discuss potential funding support for this purpose.

Resolution 05-03-21-01 and 05-03-21-02 drafts reviewed on behalf of Finance documenting TISA's newand current board of directors for financial institutions signing privileges.

Discussion held on additional business item, Beth Innis and Trenton Lake Recreation Area and water

sampling that is needing to be done to ensure lake opening is not delayed. Reviewed and rediscussed aletter for desired improvements and desire projects for the Trenton Lake Recreation Area. ChairmanRabbe will discuss with Beth Innis to see if additional requests can be made for this projert list, and JasonSlater offered to attend such a discussion or meeting with Chairman Rabbe.

Discussion held on Trenton Lake Recreation Area bath house and the possibility of not opening andutilizing for upcoming season due to consistent issues with usage during summer seasons.

Discussion was held on the Tribal Enrollment Cards which can be ordered or renewed through the JobPlacement and Training Coordinator, Heather Akerley at TISA. Clarity was sought surrounding theapprox. $10.00 fee associated with ordering tribal cards, which was clarified that, that fee is sent toTMBCI when such cards are ordered or renewed through TISA,

The TISA BOD's would like to thank the recent election board for their service, time and hard work

Non-employee request regarding TISA owned land near the McKenzie new residence, in which theywould like to purchase. Additional research and discussion will be held to understand the location, andfurther discussion with Beth Innis will occur with other TISA related business.

Discussion held on the Summer Youth Worker/Learner Program. TISA will begin accepting applicationsfor participation, projected for anticipated start dates of June 1, 2021.

Discussion held on preparing for the opening of the Trenton Lake Recreation Area and securing a TicketTaker for the summer season. TISA will begin accepting applications.

Discussion held on election costs, and total cost for 2021 general election being $43,648.03. Discussionregarding budgets and other recent costs, including a discussion held on annual legal costs.

Discussion held on the need to re-organize TISA historical files such as minutes, resolutions, TMBCIresolutions, etc. The BOD would like to define and document a process for historical record maintenancewhere access to such materials is in a simpler, more organized format, area, etc.

Discussed headcounL Employee separations: Roger Falcon, Maintenance Tech, separated on 3/31/2021;Shane Moran, Chairman/Executive Officer was not re-elected and separated 4/12/2021; and GabrielOlson, Temporary Medical Receptionist Assistant, resigned 4/14/2021. Resignation notices have beenreceived for Dr. Carlos Trevino, MD and Viola LaFontaine, Clinic Director - will discuss in executive

session. Status changes: Dezarae Slater was promoted to Receptionist/Infant Toddler Program Directoreffective 4/30/2021 and Jana Slater will be promoted to Commodity Director Assistant effective5/14/2021. New hires: Noelle Hove started as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on 4/19/2021 -Welcome Noelle! Welcomed newly elected and re-elected officials - Jason Slater, Albert Zaste, ClayMoran and Chairman Rabbe who were sworn in on 4/17/2021 - Welcome Elected Officials! Upcomingnew hires: Dental Hygienist, (2) CHR's, and a Pharmacy Clerk have been hires with anticipated startdates of 5/10/2021. A recent offer was extended, accepted, then acceptance retracted by a Medical

Receptionist Assistant candidate due to personal reasons. We will continue through candidateconsideration for this role.

Discussion held on open positions. TISA is currently advertising for a Mental Health/NARC Alcohol andDrug Abuse Director, Health Systems Specialist, Medical Receptionist Assistant, Custodian,Administrative Assistant, Custodian and a Maintenance Technician. Administrative Assistant and LPNwill likely be placed on hold due to resignation notices received, expect Medical Receptionist Assistant,Custodian and Maintenance Technician to be filled in following weeks. We will also be opening a

potential Dispensing Optician part-time role, to see what type of interest is received. Most recently theprogram has experienced more clients, where hiring another employee may be justifiable. The OpicalProgram and office has been restocked, more options added for materials - Medical Reception has donean excellent job with the program thus far. Medical Reception continues to oversee optical program 2days a week. Over the past month, six positions were filled including, LPN, Dental Hygienist, [2] CHR's,Commodity Director Assistant, Pharmacy Clerk and Infant Toddler Program Director.

Discussion held on on-going projects with a major focus surrounding current TISA audit and auditors on-site projected through this week.

Jason makes a motion to accept the resignation of Viola LaFontaine and accept her request for a modifiedwork schedule to be determined with HR and Finance, seconded by Clay. Vote: Jason - Yes; Claudette -

Chairman Rabbe expressed a need to re-enter into executive session with only the TISA BOD's. Minuteswill be documented by Chairman Rabbe and reported to Lacey Hippe who will be exiting the meeting forthe evening. Lacey Hippe exited meeting at 9:20 PM.
