Transform NeighborhoodsWe seek to engage those who are far from God in the neighborhoods of Easley and Powdersville. We will not rest, stop, or retreat until we saturate the Easley and the surrounding neighborhoods so that everyone has an opportunity to hear the Gospel of Jesus Christ. The church does not exist for us. We are the church and we exist for the world.

Radical and Relevant TruthThe Bible presents a dangerous message of life change. We don’t assume everyone believes, or even knows the Bible, but we do assume everyone who comes through our doors is open to exploring it. We believe the Bible is God’s truth, it’s the foundation of everything we do, nothing less and nothing more.

Go Bold or Go HomeWe are faith-filled, big thinking, bet-the-farm risk takers. We’ll never insult God with small thinking and safe living. We seek to risk it all for the cause of Christ. There is no risk to costly, too difficult, or impossible for God to accomplish through His children. We will be risk takers in our pursuit of accomplishing the vision and mission of the church. We are “All In”. We will do anything short of sin to reach people who are far from God.

Come experience an upbeat, casual and relaxed atmosphere, engaging worship with innovative messages and presentations. Join us to experience “ThE bEsT hour of your wEEk”. Our Worship has one goal, to prepare and inspire you to experience God in a way you never have before.

Every week at The Neighborhood Church, we talk about one bIG IDEa: one biblical truth reinforced through teaching, music, theatre, video…whatever it takes to get that laser-focused theme into the heads and lives of our attendees. Students and kids learn the same bIG IDEa in a way that is appropriate for their age.

The bIG IDEa gets played out throughout the week as parents and kids, students, and small groups discuss and live out the principles they learned that weekend. It’s not just a weekend thing, it’s an opportunity to grow in your spiritual journey with your entire family.

For your familyRaising a generation of people who are joy-filled, resilient and empowered means leading our kids to have a strong relationship with Jesus. We’re here to partner with you in that. The Neighborhood Kids is a worship gathering specially designed for grades 1 – 6. Our 6th graders can apply to become L.I.T. (Leaders in Training). They will have the opportunity to assist the children’s worship service. Our Neighborhood Kids ministry is dedicated to supporting you and your kids. Here’s what you can expect:

• we provide your kids with age-appropriate, culturally relevant teaching.• your child will hear the truth of God’s word and learn how to apply it to their lives.• we will have a safe nursery and preschool area. • all volunteers will have background screening completed.

What is a Neighborhood Group?Our Neighborhood Groups are where barbecues, back yard cook outs, and neighborhood football takes place, it’s where life takes place. It’s where groups of people meet in homes weekly throughout the surrounding community for a combination of fellowship, prayer, & Bible study. These groups are a place to experience true community and share life together. They are a way to get connected and begin to feel like a part of The Neighborhood Church family. We will have small groups meeting throughout the area almost every night of the week. One of them is waiting for you!

All groups are a semester long and we have a spring and fall semesters.
