● Personal Data split up into multiple effective dated tables● Employment table eliminated● Person Of Interest allows more types of people to be
tracked on the system without being employees● Person can have multiple relationships with the
organization at the same time● One EMPLID (or Person ID) stays with the person
regardless of relationship or status● Some Person Of Interest (POI) types can have benefits

1. Profile Management– Replaces accomplishments and competencies – Includes career planning, performance management
(links), and training
2. Template Based Hires – Define hire templates that can save users time and
data entry on hires– Hire can be delegated to management with final
process reviewed by HR before hire is completed
3. I-9– Employee self-service form that meets compliance
standards for Employment Eligibility Verification– Manager or administrator completes the transaction
on-line and I-9 forms will now be stored electronically

1. Formulas– Replaces coverage calculation process with more
flexibility to calculate difficult coverage options especially for life insurance
2. Single Rate Table– Replaces individual rate tables (flat, age, etc.) with
