By signing and submitting this application for MOSIT / Troop School Training, you agree that: 1) Your Soldier meets all the prerequisites and has all necessary equipment for the requested course. 2) Your Soldier is aware of the Start Date, Time, and Location of Training. 3) Your Soldier will be available for training for the entirety of the training (Accountability is still your responsibility). 4) No training distractions (overnight duty, FTX, routine appointments) will prevent your Soldier from attending training. 5) If your Soldier is absent from training for more than 1 hour, he/she may be denied re-entry into the current class. 6) Circumstances may dictate training outside normal duty hours (Typically for retesting purposes).
