TRANSCRIPT
Tru-Flex offers Tru-Flo™ smooth bore metal hose as an alternative to traditional rough bore interlocking hose. Tru-Flo™ combines an outer armor layer with an inner liner for fast material transfer with minimal product degradation or damage.
The inner liner provides superior strength and abrasion-resistance for longer hose life and excellent flow rates. The Tru-Flo™ hose is ideal for handling:
• Granular materials• Pelletized plastics• Grains• Coal dust• And more . . .
The Tru-Flo™ hose is stronger and will last longer than other types of hose. Tru-Flo™ metal hose can be manufactured from either stainless or galvanized steel.
Note: Smooth bore metal hose is
not pressure tight due to the manner of its construction, however, a variety of packing materials can be inserted into the wall during manufacturing process to reduce both pressure and media loss. The packing consists of a continuous cord, wire or strand of elastomer that can be locked between the interlocked hose wall layers. Choose packing material tailored to the demands of the application.
Superior material handling of granular, pelletized plastics, grain, coal dust, etc.
