•Updated “Assisted” Pull Up Rack allows people to “step up” into starting position then lower body with control.

Upgrade Idea 3: Assisted Push Up RackUpgrade Idea 3: Assisted Push Up Rack

•Horizontal “on ground” push ups are too hard for many. Elevated hand bars decrease upper body load to modify push up difficulty. Three levels of bars give three different ability level options.

SummarySummary

•Nearly all of existing equipment needs to be completely replaced.

•Many options are available—only a few “suggested” equipment samples are given as an introduction.

•Suggested equipment samples represent relatively “low cost” equipment.

•Updated equipment samples from Dana Point, CA.

•Truxtun Par Course area already has public identity as an “fitness” area within community. Upgrades will rebuild & enhance what others began with their 1990 vision donations.
