8. TSM DSMAgent (optionally) backs up the data and metadata to a TSM Server. This is the point where the movement of data to the TSM Server could be offloaded to an alternate machine running a DSMAgent.

High-level steps for performing a VSS snapshot restore are:1. Customer initiates the restore via the CLI or GUI.
