Thaiyarnyon Group holds 7 core automotive businesses for more than 60 years including car assembly, car accessories, luxury car sales & services, insured broker and maintenance service centre and repair. Our expertise and the synergy of our businesses make us one of the most comprehensive car rental provider in Thailand. Thai Sales & Services Auto Rental, one of the group core business achieved a staggering growth that led to the extension of our services to provide innovative, leasing solutions, short term car rental and car driven service delivered with an excellent customer service.

TSS Auto Rental has its headquarter in Bangkok. Our fleet is o�ering a variety of 300 vehicles from major automobile manufacturers. All cars are models of less than 24 months. Furthermore, our fleet will be expanded with additional 200 vehicles by the end of 2014 to serve Business and Leisure clients.

TRAFFIC IN THAILAND DRIVES ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE ROAD.

Most drivers are well mannered, almost polite, be it up to a certain level. Visitors will hardly ever hear a car honking and anger is never displayed. Despite this, tra�c is rather hectic in and around busy Bangkok where calm driving is not really appreciated.On many rural roads or even in Bangkok's small alleys, you will find motorcycles, cars and occasionally your 12 wheel trucks maneuvering against (one way) traffic. This situation is complicated by the fact that many of Bangkok's roads change their one-way direction at certain hours of the day and by the fact that every new governor of Bangkok has a new tra�c plan to solve the city's tra�c congests. Every such plan involves changing the flow of tra�c, which causes one way roads to suddenly run in the opposite directions or the number of lanes being reduced from, in extreme cases, eight to one. Regular roads may become bus lanes overnight, which then cause thousands of drivers to exit from the incorrect ramps on the expressway, thus clogging up tra�c worse than before.

Driving around Thailand's country side at night is considered to be extremely hazardous, especially on holidays and long weekends. There are no tachographs installed and although drunk driving is being addressed, the situation is far from safe. Many cars have broken, or no lights at all and public busses like to race one another through steep hills and around dangerous curves, supposedly just to stay awake. Low wages, too many daytime checkpoints and very tight schedules for truck- and bus drivers guarantee that all of the main roads and highways have 24 hours rescue teams on standby and that most of those need to head out to big accidents every single night.

They are easily obtained from your Local Automobile Association, RAA, RACV etc, for a small fee. This Permit is an internationally recognised document which acts as a transcription of your drivers license credentials. It also has your current photo a�xed. By obtaining this PERMIT and carrying it with your original driving license, you are legally entitled to drive any motor-vehicle which appears there-on.

INTERNATIONAL PERMIT : The most important advice is, before you leave your home country, obtain an INTERNATIONAL DRIVING PERMIT.

RENTAL INFORMATION

RESERVATION All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation with major credit card. Minimum rental charge is for 24 hours. Extra hours will be calculated at one/fourth of the daily rate. Amendments, you can amend your booking for free right up to the moment your rental is due to start. CANCELLATIONS, CANCELLATION CHARGES & NO SHOWSCancellation received 48 hours prior to your rental start, free of charge. Rental extension beyond the agreed date must notify TSS AUTO RENTAL as early as possible. Additional days or late return of vehicle incurs charge at the prevailing counter rate. One full day will be charged for later return than 5 hours. No Show: Full rental charged.

MINIMUM AGE Driver must be 23 years old age to be covered by Insurance policy and must possess a valid driver’s license or international Driving Permit that has been valid for at least one year at the time of rental.

ADDITIONAL DRIVERAdditional drivers must meet minimum age and agreement requirements. They must be nominated and their name has to be entered on the rental agreement at the time of rental.

FUEL POLICYThe vehicle is supplied with a full tank of fuel. It should be full on return or refueling charges will be applied as per the quantity missing plus 25 % service charge. No refunds for unused fuel are given

INSURANCECollision Damage Waiver (CDW) included in daily rental rates for self-drive rentals, non-waiverable at the following level: Baht 10,000 for all vehicle groups.

BREAKDOWN ASSISTANCE/TOWING SERVICESIn most cases, Breakdown Assistance and towing services for TSS’s clients both of renting and leasing contract are free of charge.

ONE WAY RENTAL FEESOne way rental service is available from all TSS AUTO RENTAL locations nationwide. No charge is made for rentals of 4 days or more.

DELIVERY / COLLECTION FEESDelivery or Collection services are available subject to advance notice at the time of reservation, free of charge within 15 km radius of TSS AUTO RETNAL locations during o�ce hour period. Beyond the distance of free delivery or collection services will be charged.

MILEAGEUnlimited mileages are applied for all rentals

ALL RENTED VEHICLES are not permitted to cross the border of Thailand

BABY SEATSBaby seats are suitable for children six months up to three years, subject to availability at the time of reservation. Daily rate incurs charge Baht 200 per day rental, maximum 5 days up will be charged Baht 1,400 (excluded vat 7%). Baby capsules for infants under six months are not available.

TERMS AND CONDITIONSPlease be noted that the terms and conditions on the reverse side of rental agreement, which will be provided at the start of rental.
