FaithWorks Appeal 2015 Wraps up this Sunday FaithWorks is one of the most significant, but "unsung" programs of the Anglican Diocese of Toronto. FaithWorks responds to Christ's invitation "Do you love me?" by giving us the chance to help in practical ways our brothers and sisters in need: the physically and emotionally vulnerable, those stressed out often from trying choose whether to feed their families or pay crippling urban rents and finally, through the Primate’s World Relief and Development Fund (“PWRDF”), those in Canada’s far north and beyond, especially countries suffering in deep crisis.
This year we are focusing on the work of PWRDF for Refugees and especially the crisis in Syria. All FaithWorks' donations marked for Syrian Relief will be matched dollar for dollar by the Canadian Government until December 31st.
If you did not receive a FaithWorks letter and wish one, there are some available for you in the lobby (narthex).
