In case of a needed gear or seal change, the TTM Robot Lifting Device will allow you to disassemble the machine’s robot arm and maintain your equipment without requiring multiple operators or high physical strength in a few, simple steps.

Easy disassembly of your TTM robot:

1. Moving the TTM robot to a predefined position, the lifting device is attached to the frame using the flange.

3. Placing the ratchet belt around the upper arm of the robot, the axes are dismantled one at a time and the robot can be carried aside.

2. The platform is attached and the robot moved into a different, predefined position.

4. After completion of maintenance work, simply reverse the process to reassemble your robot.
