Chapter 10: Hi folks, Starting with the red-letter day, let us consider Gann’s referral to Sepharial’s works and the Mrs L Dow Balliett’s “Vibration” book. In Sepharial’s “Kabala of Numbers”, he devotes a complete chapter to NUMBER, FORM, COLOUR and SOUND and likewise “Vibration” p 11 tells us: “Pythagoras says every letter of the alphabet has its own vibration and colour.” “Vibration” Page 82 tells us red vibrates to Number 9, while Sepharial confirms that number and adds the planetary equivalent of Mars and the musical note “G” (sound). Sepharial’s “Cosmic Symbolism”( also on Gann’s booklist), p157 expands on those sounds to include letters of the alphabet, with Mars being L, N and A. So, we have already established a connection between colour, sound and number 9 ... that just leaves FORM and the closest astrological symbol relating to 9, is the square aspect: 4 x 9(0) =36(0) = grand square That has taken us from red (colour) to the musical note G or letters L, N, A (sound), then #9 (number) and the square or grand square (form). ----- 21 May 1927 being a RED LETTER day then, we may be looking for a Mars connection, a square aspect, or the sounds of L,N,A or even the musical note, G. -----

Similarly, all numbers, planets, sounds and forms have their own unique vibration or identity. ----- To expand on this theme a little more, a quick look a the pic below, from Chavez’ book on the same symbolism, we can see that all the form symbols shown, are also those used in astrology, as aspect symbols.

From the left, the circle representing unity or the whole, may be divided into equal parts by all of the other symbols: Pentagram = 72 x 5 = 360 degrees Trine = 120 x 3 = 360 degrees Square = 90 x 4 = 360 degrees ----- -----

On the top line, we can see the fundamental lines, may be shown as straight lines or waves (sound again), just the same as a monotone or sine waves are shown to represent cycles. There’s many places in TTTTA, where Gann writes about cycles and he makes special mention, on page 77, about telegraphy and radio being based on the “great law of vibration.” Yet again, on page 105, Gann places the spotlight on “telegraph”, as Robert waited in the telegraph office, all afternoon. Then, he proceeds to explain his wheat, corn and cotton trades, during May and June 1927 ..... all those trades can be easily evaluated on the astrocharts, once the bible codes have been broken ..... and to do that, all facets of NUMBER, FORM, SOUND and COLOUR must be used. Sure, you may be able to make simple associations of planetary aspects using any ONE of the above, but it takes an integration of ALL those traits to FULLY understand Gann’s trading methodology ..... and unless the product of bible codes is known, it is unlikely that you will be able to develop his reliable trading plan, which can be traded day-in-day-out, with confidence. ============================================= Finally, on the middle line of the pic above, a quarter of the fixed astrological square is shown, as the basis for the 3-dimensional form of the cube ..... ( not important in decoding TTTTA.) ---- Knowing what is NOT important to this text, is just as important as knowing what IS relevant. That brings me to some popular misconceptions, being circulated around many Gann forums: Pluto and Chiron are the key to Gann’s trading ... forget it, the old astrologers from Old Testament times only used the planets that they could SEE ... that is from, the Sun out to Saturn. This is also reflected in the triangular symbol, used in Sepharial’s works and Gann’s Magic word, as well.

Next, the one-eyed attitude towards using ONLY a heliocentric approach to Gann’s work is seriously flawed, as it can easily be proven that he did in fact, use BOTH helio and geocentric views. While there may be some contemporary links to the Touro family, it is not necessary to consider them for decoding TTTTA. Likewise, Masonry obviously left its mark on Gann’s work, but researching the secrets of the Masons is definitely NOT necessary in order to understand the bible codes and Gann’s astrotrading methods ..... ..... and there’s many more avenues, that as interesting as they may be for general knowledge, will only add to the confusion and information overload, that many TTTTA readers experience. Even using Gann’s own trading tools, like Square of Nine is totally unnecessary in the decoding mode, although that device will be much better understood, after you have decoded TTTTA. Many TTTTA readers make it all way too complicated ..... bear in mind, that Gann WANTED us to find this information, so once the process is learned, the execution is relatively simple. Complications arise and especially so, amongst readers, who have been researching Gann’s work for many years, without success ..... they have seen so many different roads, that may lead to their understanding of Gann’s trading, yet they fail to understand, that the scattergun approach to their research will not cut it ... !~! Only a focus on unravelling the bible codes, using the numbers, form, colour and sound will help them achieve their goal, if they are to succeed, at all. ----- For those readers not motivated by Gann’s trading methods, the detailed astrological plans, hidden within the bible are only just being unravelled and as that proceeds, mankind will have a much better understanding of his own solar system and the time cycles, that affect every person on this planet. -----

Be assured that anybody reading this note has the ability to decode TTTTA, it only requires a basic understanding of the following fields of study: NUMBER - simple maths in “Kabala of Numbers” and “Vibration.” FORM - simple geometry, as seen in the aspects above. COLOUR - associated closely to NUMBER and SOUND SOUND - cycles in time travel in waves, just like sound. Without a will to learn about the topics above and some simple astrology as well, it would be impossible to decode TTTTA, especially for trading purposes. ----- Another area that TTTTA readers are reluctant to tackle, is the 150+ bible references Gann used in the book ..... very few people will even attempt the exercise ... rest easy. once the process is known, they all fall into place. ----- To those who do not like my approach or attitude ... stiff biscuits, as my own comfort resides in the fact, my own knowledge gained from Gann’s work, allows me to trade this stuff CONFIDENTLY, day-in/day-out.
