oArrival Time – for allAny time around 9.00am, there will be staff members waiting at the main car park. Look out for the Newcroft flag!Please drop off children before 9.20am as our activities are due to start around this time. We will be waiting at the classroom at the collection point so please park in the car park and come here to collect your child. Night time needs Please make us aware of any medicines, comforters

or bed time worries? (please don’t be embarrassed. Whatever it is, we can

be discreet. Many of the staff are also parents!)

Independence Please pack your child's belongings with your child

so they recognise their own clothing and know what to find. We encourage independence in dressing and washing/hygiene, etc!

Residents

Suggested kit list Residents A teddy and small toy – no expensive items, no games consoles or

sweets! Warm, waterproof jacket. For your information There are 13 members of our staff who will be with the

children throughout the residential. (This is not including the staff from Beaumanor itself)

The children will not need to bring any money to Beaumanor Hall

In the event of an emergency – (yours not ours!) we can be reached during school hours through the usual school number 01509 503214 or out of school hours (after 5pm) on 07837893076 - Mr Smythe’s mobile. We will have a mobile phone with us at all times so can be reached by school 24 hours a day but ONLY if necessary!
