● Survey the staff about technology.● Use inventory to determine what

every class room must look like to support Vision statement.

● Review administrative policies, curricular planning practices, and networking capabilities.

● Determine what technologies need replacement.

● Conduct ongoing formative assessment of staff to ensure the deliberate infusion of technology to support learning.

StaffDevelopment

● Training calendar established.● Professional development based on

research based methodologies.● Outside experts and in-house experts

used to frequently train staff.● Formal and informal training sessions

established.● Web based storehouse of technology

integration suggestions.● Encourage PLNs.● Staff wide training in most, if not all,

technologies.

Evaluation● Planning team designates

responsible parties for purchases, installation, use and effectiveness.

● Staff will be categorized on a scale of "technology integration." Comparisons made midway in plan cycle.

● Late term purchases will be re-evaluated for cost effectiveness and usage.

Time Line● Planning team will decide on

purchasing options, installation time frame and upkeep.

● Assist in developing learning objectives.

● Publish staff development calendar.

● Set midpoint evaluation dates for formative assessment of progress toward vision statement for school.
