Outstanding fees: The College will take legal action to recover outstanding fees where several attempts to arrange payment have

been disregarded by the family (debtor) and it is the opinion of the Principal and Business Manager, after due consideration, that the family has the ability to pay the debt. Once the account has been sent across to the Debt Collection Agency the College will no longer handle the debt and all communication will be made through the Debt Collection Agency on behalf of the College.
