offering to the first 10 people who respond. Be
sure to reiterate that this is FREE, as you are
trying to start a fitness business and are looking
to help people lose weight and feel great. You can
choose to take on as many people as you’d like but
keeping it to 15 or less will make it easier on you.
Step #2:
Search for a park, gymnasium, or somewhere
you can train your clients. Somewhere outdoors
is usually best since it will be free and readily
available. Any park or recreational complex works
really well. Normally early mornings before work
or evenings will work best. It’s best to take a quick
poll of your 10-15 bootcampers and see what
works best for them. If outdoors is not an option
(weather, etc.) try a local church gymnasium that
has available time.
Step #3:
Once you’ve got your bootcampers and location
set up, it’s time to give your clients amazing

Circuit 2:
Go through each exercise for 30 seconds. Don’t
rest in between exercises. Rest 30 seconds after
you complete circuit and repeat 2 more times.

• Skater Hops
• Burpees
Finisher “Squat Till’ You Drop”
Everyone stands in a circle and holds the
bottom of a squat position. Pick one person
to start and that person will do 10 bodyweight
squats. Once they complete the 10 squats they
immediately go back down into the squat hold
and the next person does 10 squats and then
goes back into the squat hold. Do this until the
entire group goes through it once.

The goal is to continue to give your clients
amazing workouts and they will quickly start
seeing amazing results using the Turbulence

extremely effective. Whether you’re at a park, in a
gym, or training in your garage, the easiest way to
set up your workouts is in a circuit format.
Grab a stopwatch, have your clients spread
out some, and give them a 20-30-minute
bodyweight workout. For example, let’s say you
are training five people in the morning and five
people in the evening.
Here’s a workout you could give the class:
Go through this warm-up circuit twice before
moving on to Circuit 1.
Circuit 1:
Go through each exercise for 40 seconds.
Rest 10 seconds between exercises. Once
you complete the circuit, rest 45 seconds and
repeat twice more.
• Alternating Reverse Lunges “T” Pushups
• Prisoner Squats Spiderman Climbs
• Step Ups (use stairs or bench)
GENERAL WARM-UP:• 20 Jumping Jacks
• 10 Prisoner Squats
• 10 Pushups
• 20 Cross-Body Mountain Climbers

your small bootcamp into a thriving business

acquaintances into your workouts for free so
you can build these amazing testimonials and
start proving to your community that you can
offer people life- changing transformations.

community it will be an unbelievable snowball
effect that will allow you to reach hundreds
(and thousands) of clients who will pay you top
dollar for your services.
