Our aim is to provide storage & handling facility at market related rates for both short and long term periods. We understand that warehousing and logistics are an integrated part of modern retail and wholesale business and we have tailored our offering to suit our clients’ needs. Our specialised services are backed up by state-of-the-art IT systems and are designed to give clients a competitive advantage while keeping costs to a minimum.

It is our design to provide customer service at a level which adds value to our Clients’ overall effort. The key ingredients to achieve this goal are to focus on controls, systems, commitment, and employee awareness.

This is in conjunction with the willingness to constantly adjust to support the customer’s changing requirements to achieve continuous improvement.

In addition, we understand that cost is always an important consideration and therefore we view each specific requirement with an open minded approach in regard to cost and rate structures. It is our wish to provide our Clientele with a market related solution for both the short and long term periods.

To achieve our mission objective it is necessary for us to apply the correct balance of these mentioned facilities. Qualified staff and rate structures will further add value to our customer service initiative and overall warehousing and distribution requirements.

MISSION OBJECTIVE

We understand the requirements for the storage of a product is often determined by the nature of the product. Accordingly, our warehousing facilities offer the necessary storage features to ensure that our client’s product is afforded the most suitable handling and storage.

ESSENTIAL FACILITIES

1. The product will be kept under cover in a secure facility.2. The product will be kept “dry and clean” at all times. We understand that as the product is still to be sold, maximum product presentation should be maintained.3. Stock rotation will be based on the FIFO (first in first out) principal subject to specific alternative instruction. Batch integrity will be maintained at all times.4. To eliminate the chance of product contamination, and for ease of stock taking and handling, similar products will be stored together.5. Depending on requirement we are able to block stack or rack the cargo. Generally racking facilities minimise damage and help speed up handling times.6. The storage facilities include both customs bonded and free storage sections. This allows Importers the option to customs clear cargo on a demand basis to maximise cash flow options.

PRODUCT HANDLING

We understand that it is essential to handle our clients’ products effectively and efficiently. To this end, our warehouses are well equipped and have the following facilities available:

1. Mechanical forklift vehicles which are equipped to handle both drum and palletised products.2. The forklift vehicle’s size allows for easy entry into sea containers to minimise manual handling.3. Each forklift has high reach lifting capabilities matched to the racking installations on site.4. A container dock loader is accessible to maximise container destuffing times.5. Adequate vehicle access is available to handle both interlink and 12 metre semi- trailer configurations.6. All vehicle loading and unloading is supervised by qualified personnel.

PRODUCT DISTRIBUTION

We recognise that reliable distribution service to and from the warehouse premises is an essential part of an efficient logistics service.

We are able to offer a comprehensive full and part-load distribution service on a local and long distance basis. We make use of our own fleet of vehicles for local deliveries as well as subcontracting to reputable hauliers for regional and nation-wide distribution.

Depending on requirement, full loads can be arranged to facilitate multi-drops. By load scheduling we are able to satisfy most customer’s service requirements and at a competitive rate.

This will be signed by a responsible party who will check and record the condition and quantities of product received. Any irregularities will be recorded with the necessary endorsement.
