1.)Openthecover_start.prtfileandresumethesuppressedfeature.
2.)ClickFile>NewandchooseManufacturingandMoldCavityfromtheoption.Giveapropernameforthemold.
3.)Youshouldnowenter thePro/MOLDenvironment.AsetofPro/MOLD iconsandthemfgmoldtemplateshouldappear.Yourscreenshouldlooksasshownbelow.

4.)Click the InsertPart Icon to insert the cover_start.prt.After that, theCreateReference Model dialog box and Layout dialog box will prompt part placementdefination. In this tutorial, select theSameModel>OKand thenSingle>OK in thecorrespondingdialogbox.

Press theOKbuttonon theaccuracy confirmationdialogboxwhen itprompts.Themobilephonecaseshouldnowappearinthemoldmodelbynow.
5.)ClicktheShrinkagebyScale icon todefinetheshrinkagefactorfortheplasticpart. Select the coordinate system in the part and input the shrinkage ratio in theshrinkagedialogbox.(Example:0.005for0.5%)

Theplasticpart isnowcoveredby theworkpiecewhich isdisplayed in transparencegreencolor.
7.)Thepartused inthistutorial isasimpleplasticpartwhichhasaclearparting line
andnoundercut.Hence,wecanuse theSilhouetteCurve tool tocreatepartingline straight away. Just click the OK button on the Silhouette Curve dialog box tocontinue.
