1. Sew darts to the back

2. Cut front darts

3. Neaten the frills‘ outer edges and gather the inner edges

4. Catch the frills sewing the front darts

5. Close side seams

6. Hem by hand to conceal the seam

7. Sew the lining skirt

8. Baste the lining skirt and outer skirt

9. Work the waist (waist measurement + 2 cm (0.8”) seam allowance + 3 cm (1.2”) underlap allowance + 2 cm (0.8”) comfort allowance)
