withnumerousadditionalfunctions.Thankstoinstantorscheduledrecordings

toyourharddiskandthetimeshiftfunction,youcanwatchTVflexibly.This

wayyouwillnotmissaminuteofyourfavoriteTVshows.Quicktoopen

Teletextprovidesyouwiththelatestnewsanytimeyouwant.TheElectronic

ProgramGuide(EPG)alsoguaranteesyouanoverviewoftheTVscheduleas

wellasquickanduncomplicatedrecordingprogramming.

Youalsohavetheoption,dependingonyourPCTVdevice,tolistentoDVB

radioor

FM

radio

any

time

you

want.

By

offering

you

the

possibility

to

timeshift

ortoinstantlyrecordaprogram,youwillnotmissaminuteofyourfavorite

radioshow.

AllrecordedTV/radioprogramsandtakensnapshotscanbefoundinthe

TVCenterGallery.Oneclickonthethumbnailofthedesiredfileanditwillbe

playedback.IntheTVCenterGallery,abackgroundtranscodingenginewas

integrated.ThisallowsyoutoconverttheTVprogramsrecordedinnativevideo

formatintovariousdifferentformatslikeDivXoriPodformats.

Thedifferent

TVCenter

applications

make

the

usage

of

the

software

even

more

flexible.Youcansimultaneously,forexamplelistentoradioandusethe

Timeshift (Pause / Resume Live-TV Preview)

Timeshift,alsoknownastimedelayedtelevision,isafunctionthatallowsyou

topausetheTVprogramandplayitbackanytime.Duringthepausingtime,

thelive

TV

program

is

temporary

being

recorded

on

your

computer.

This

means

thatunexpectedinterruptionscannotcauseyoutomissasecondofthecurrent

TVshow.

PleasenotethatthetimeshiftfilesareonlytemporarystoredonyourPC.You

cannotsaveandusethesefiles.

Afterendingthetimeshiftmodeorchangingthechannel,thetimeshiftfilewill

beautomaticallydeleted.

ClickthePause/Resume
