Marketing/Advertising

Promotes new and existing productsthrough public relations, market research, and sales analysis. Here you work closely with other business units to achieve specifi c departmental goals, support customers with all ecommerce issues and actively participate in the enhancement of our ecommerce platform.

Graphic designers use the latestpublishing hardware and software toproduce web sites, e-mails, ads, catalogs,fl yers, brochures, and presentations.

Operations

Includes areas such as shipping, receiving, production, inventory control, quality assurance, manufacturing, returns, Will Call and order completion. Each facet is an important element in ensuring customers receive quality parts in a timely manner.

Purchasing

Responsible for purchasing inventory and negotiating pricing with suppliers. Each agent is specialized in diff erent products and works closely with in-house engineers and quality assurance.

Technical Services

Responsible for researching OEM parts for all makes and models of industrial equipment as an extra service for customers. The TVH library contains information on industrial equipment as far back as 50 years ago and as new as last year.

Domestic and International Sales

Domestic Sales contacts customers weekly, monthly or bi-monthly depending on the customers’ needs. Our customer base includes material handling distributors, rental houses, and wholesalers. International Sales off ers assistance in 8 diff erent languages and has developed a strong distributor network in Latin America. Through the

TVH Group companies, they serve every country in the world.

Customer Support

Part of Domestic Sales, our customersupport staff works closely with customers to answer any questions, resolve issues, and help educate our customers on our services and products.

Information Technology

Services all technical needs of thecompany. TVH’s Information TechnologyGroup is split into 4 areas: System Support, Legacy System, Web Applications, and Progress Development and Support.
