Our Service Provides

Individual psychology sessions focusing on:

Mood management during pregnancy and early parenthood Debriefing about the childbirth experience Adjusting to the parenting role Establishing and maintaining a relationship

with your child Self esteem and assertiveness Managing anxiety Overcoming depression Grief and loss Family conflict

We also provide specific group therapy programs designed to improve family functioning.

Who Can Attend?Any parent, carer, couple or family with a child under

the age of four.

Referrals & FeesClients can refer themselves or be referred by a

health professional.

Rebates may be available through Medicare or through

private health insurance agencies.
