Wishon Golf’s S2S Shaft Fitting System is the first and the only collection of original shaft designs based completely on matching specific golfer swing characteristics to the individual shaft design.

S2S stands for Shaft to Swing. Our S2S Shaft Fitting System and S2S shaft designs are created by Wishon Golf based on countless hours of shaft analysis and fitting research to determine the best specific shaft design elements for specific golfer swing characteristics.

Wishon Golf has been the leader in shaft analysis and shaft fitting research since 1991 when Tom Wishon’s milestone book, The Modern Guide to Shaft Fitting, was published. At Wishon Golf we pride ourselves on knowing more about how shafts are to be fit and matched to specific golfer swing characteristics than any other company in the golf industry.

When you fit your golfers with one of our proprietary shaft designs within our Wishon Golf S2S Shaft Fitting System, you are offering your golfers the very best possible shaft performance.

The S2S Blue graphite shafts are our lightest weight shafts for woods. S2S Blue 45 is designed in an AA (L) and A flex for golfers with Transition/Tempo/Release swing ratings of 1 to 2/1 to 2/1 to 2. The S2S Blue 55 R and S flex shafts are for a little bit better swinging golfer with Transition/Tempo/Release swing ratings of 1.5 to 2.5/1.5 to 2.5/1.5 to 2.5. S2S Blue enables clubmakers to build drivers and fairway woods with the lightest total weight.

The newest addition to the S2S Shaft Fitting System, the NEW S2S Green wood and iron shafts are designed in an A/L combination flex to enable clubmakers to customize the shaft fit for slower swinging golfers with Transition/Tempo/Release swing ratings of 1 to 2/1 to 2/1 to 2. S2S Green iron shafts (0.370” tip) allow clubmakers to fit any of our TWGT iron models (0.370” bore) to an average woman golfer or slower swinging male golfer.

S2S White Graphite Shafts are Designed for the Widest Range of Golfers with Average Swing Characteristics

•S2S White Graphite Shafts are designed for golfers with an average to slightly below average Transition force and downswing Tempo acceleration (1.5 to 2), and with a midway to slightly before midway Release (1.5 to 2) of the wrist-cock angle on the downswing.

•NEW Lighter Weight Design for 2012 but with the same bend profile – 63g A Flex, 65g R-Flex and 67g S-Flex offer a lighter total weight for the woods.

•S2S White Bend Profile Design is created to be Butt Medium, Center Section Medium and Tip Section Medium to better match to the golfers with average to slightly below average Transition and Tempo, with a midway to slightly before midway Release.

•S2S White Graphite Shafts are available in the woods and irons in A, R and S flexes to fit driver swing speeds from 60 to 100 mph and mid iron swing speeds from 55 to 85mph.

•S2S Green is a Combination A/L Flex Design for men or women with 50-75mph wood swing speeds and 40 to 60 mph iron swing speeds. No Flex Letters are on the S2S Green for golfer who don’t want a soft flex designation on the shaft.

•S2S Green Iron Shaft has a 0.370” Tip to Allow Clubmakers to Fit Slow Swing Speed Golfers into any TWGT Iron Design with a 0.370” Bore. S2S Ruby Lite Hybrid Iron shafts are designed with a 0.335 tip so they cannot easily be used in any conventional TWGT Iron model.

•Combination Flex Wood and Iron Shaft Design offers clubmakers the chance to custom tip trim to achieve a very wide range of softer flex options for slower swinging golfers.
