    Backing: Rings – Twilight Blue • Cut three 104” x WOF strips. Sew the strips together and trim to 104” x 104” for the pieced back.

    Sew one 12 ½” Fabric G square to the left side of one 12 ½” Fabric K square. Sew one 12 ½” Fabric E square to the left side of one 12 ½” Fabric C square. Sew the two strips together lengthwise to make one Unit 1 block (Fig. 1).

    Following the manufacturer’s instructions, trace the listed number of each template onto the paper side of the fusible web. Roughly cut out each template about 1/8” outside the drawn lines.

    Press each template onto the wrong side of the fabrics as listed on the templates. Cut out each template on the drawn lines.

    Refer to Figure 2 to arrange and press the 10 ½” Fabric M circle and 8 ½” Fabric J circle onto the Unit 1 block.

    Finish the raw edges of each shape with a decorative stitch such as a buttonhole or satin stitch to make one Block One square.

    Repeat Steps1-5 and use Figures 3-17 for fabric identification and location to make one each of Block Two square through Block Sixteen square.

    Sew Block One square through Block Four square together to make Row One.

    Sew Block Five square through Block Eight square together to make Row Two.

    Sew Block Nine square through Block Twelve square together to make Row Three.

    Sew Block Thirteen square through Block Sixteen square together to make Row Four.

    Sew the four rows together in numerical order to make the quilt top.

    Sew the ten 2 ½” x WOF Fabric M strips together, end to end with 45-degree seams, to make the binding. Fold this long strip in half, lengthwise with wrong sides together, and press.
