Active - Active Distributors have 50 BV of personal group volume in a monthly commission period. To receive Retail Commissions (from Customer purchases) you do not need to be an Active Distribu-tor. To receive Give 50 / Get 50 Commissions (from Transformation purchases) from Customers and all other Commissions (from Distributor purchases) you must be an Active Distributor.

Back-Up Order - A Back-Up Order is a monthly recurring order set-up by a distributor which releases on the 21st of every month if a distributor chooses not to purchase product orders totaling at least 50 BV by 2PM Greenwich Mean Time (UTC) on the 21st of the month. An active Back-Up Order of 50 BV or more automatically quali�es a distributor to be a Premium Distributor.

Bonus Volume (BV) - The point value assigned to each product that counts toward commission payout.

Compression (aka Dynamic Compression) - Dynamic Compression occurs when a Distributor fails to meet the required quali�cations for receiving a bonus. The non-qualifying Distributor (and associated customer) volume available in their downline will compress to the next quali�ed person in their upline. The Platinum Compensation Plan uses Dynamic Compression to calculate all bonuses (except Pools, Achievement Matching Bonuses and Lifestyle Bonuses) in an e�ort to maximize payout to quali�ed Distributors.

Fifty Percent Rule (50% Rule) - An alternative quali�cation structure that allows a Crown to use the Group Volume of one leg to count towards 50% of the total Group Volume requirement for that rank. The other 50% of the Group Volume will come from all other legs. Does not apply to ranks below Crown or Royal Crown I and II.

Generation - A Generation is an Active Level of Associate which follows the Enroller Tree. Matching Bonuses use Dynamic Compression on all Generations to maximize payout.

Gift Card Program - Retail orders placed using a Gift Card, through the "Buy" path, have the price reduced by €50 and BV reduced by 40 (please note – price and BV will never be less than zero/nega-tive and the Gift Card cannot be used towards shipping cost). Distributor orders placed using a Gift Card, through the "Join" path, have the price reduced by €50 and the BV remains the same. The Retail pro�t is earned on orders that are net €20 (which means, the product total is greater than €20 after the gift card is used).

Group Volume (GV) - The Volume in your Organization, from 8 levels deep using compression, including your own Personal Volume. Group volume for Crowns includes 9 levels.

Health Professional - A Distributor who has provided a copy of their Health Professional license or certi�cation – which has been approved by Platinum Europe Corporate – and has placed a �rst time qualifying order of 400 BV or has reached a Personal Group Volume of over 400 BV in a given month (Personal Volume + Loyalty Customer Volume).Licensed Health Professional categories include Health (doctor, nurse, nutritionist, physical therapist, massage therapist, etc.), Fitness (personal trainer, gym owner, etc.) and Beauty (esthetician, spa owner, etc.). General Business professionals or other business owners do not qualify. Health Professionals must have a certi�cation in an area of expertise which o�ers added value to a base of customers regarding health and human body. Health Professionals participate in the same Platinum Europe Compensation Plan as Distributors and can earn a Unilevel Bonus up to 8 levels deep. Health Professionals also are eligible to access the monthly specials.Platinum is committed to working with Certi�ed Health Professionals to reach a larger audience of Customers. To support these e�orts, we o�er a 40% Product Discount and a 40% Retail Bonus to all Certi�ed Health Professionals. Our Health Professionals enjoy the same business building and compen-sation opportunity as other Platinum Distributors, but since their orders are discounted more deeply, we adjust the Unilevel Monthly Residual Payouts for the upline Distributors above all Health Professional orders as follows.Level 1 - 5% (Associates and above)Level 2 - 5% (Builders and above)Level 3 - 5% (Consultants and above)Level 4 - 5% (Directors and above)Level 5 - 5% (Executives and above)Level 6 - 5% (Diamonds and above)

To maintain their Health Professional Distributorship, Health Professionals must have Personal Group Volume of 400 BV every month after enrolling as a Health Professional. If they do not maintain this volume requirement, they will be switched to a Premium Distributor (if they have a 50 BV monthly Back Up order on �le) or Distributor (if they do not have a 50 BV monthly Back Up order on �le). In order to re-qualify as a Health Professional if they are switched, they must submit another re-qualifying order of 400 BV or exceed 400 BV of Personal Group Volume in a month.

In�nity Bonus - There are two categories of in�nity bonuses. The Green Diamond In�nity Bonus is a 2% commission that begins on the 9th Level and goes down an in�nite number of levels (all the way to the bottom of your group) unless "blocked" by another Green Diamond. This means you could earn 2% commissions on an order on your 10th level, 20th level, even 100 levels down in your business. If there is another Green Diamond in your group, then you will receive the 2% payout on the 9th Level and then down to the 9th level of the Green Diamond in that leg. If the Green Diamond is on your �rst level, then you will receive the 2% bonus only on your 9th Level in that leg.

The Blue Diamond through Royal Crown II In�nity Bonuses work in a similar way to the Green Diamond In�nity Bonus. They start on the 10th and pay 2% down an in�nite number of levels until blocked by the next Blue Diamond. Importantly, the In�nity Bonuses can be additive, meaning that if a Blue or Black Diamond does not have a Green Diamond below his/her 10th Level, then the Blue or Black Diamond will receive BOTH 2% In�nity Bonuses (total of 4%) on his/her entire organization below the 10th Level.

Loyalty Customer Program - Loyal Customers receive 15% discount. If they order consistently everymonth the discount increases to 20%. If Customer does not order in a month, the discount decreases 5% back to 15%.Example: Customer orders for the �rst time in January (0% o�). The customer orders again in February (15%) and in March (20%). There is no order in April, so the order in May isat 15% discount. An order in June would be with 20% discount again.

Personal Volume (PV) - The total Qualifying Volume of products purchased by a Distributor within a given month.

Premium Distributor - An individual or business entity that purchases a Starter Kit and follows the Platinum Policies & Procedures is a Platinum Distributor. When a Distributor activates a Back-Up Order of 50 BV or more, this Distributor becomes a Premium Distributor and receives an additional product discount (up to 10% more savings) in exchange for the Back-Up Order commitment.

Purium Health Products (PHP) - Sister company to Platinum Health Europe that operates in the United States and Canada. When you become a Platinum Distributor you automatically become a Member of Purium and vice versa. Purium has a compensation plan unique to orders that originate in the US and Canada. This plan can be viewed at mypurium.com/(your url). Volume and ranks are seamless between the plans. Distributors are compensated based upon where the order was placed. Orders placed in Purium territories are paid up through the Purium Compensation plan. You do not need to purchase a separate Starter Kit or have a separate Back-Up Order to qualify for commissions which are derived from orders originating in the United States or Canada. Bonus Pools are calculated separately for Platinum and Purium.

QV (Qualifying Volume): QV is the Volume assigned to each product to determine rank quali�ca-tion. QV value is145% of the BV.

Unilevel Bonus - A monthly bonus that pays on your Group Volume on all Distributors and Customers up to 8 levels compressed in your Unilevel Placement Tree, based on Paid Rank. The Monthly Unilevel bonus does not include volume that was paid out as a part of the weekly First Order Bonus.

The income statistics above do not include Retail Pro�t for selling products to personal Customers not registered with Purium. For many A�liates, this represents substantial additional income not shown on the chart. This additional income may increase revenue, especially at the lowest rank levels.The income statistics above are for all active U.S. Purium A�liates who were eligible to earn downline commissions in 2015. An “active A�liate” is de�ned as an A�liate who earned at least one commission check in 2015. A�liates who were inactive in 2015 received no income. The average annual income for all active A�ates in 2015 was $888.47 and the average income for all A�liates (active and inactive) in 2015 was $300.54. In 2015, 28% of all A�liates received no income at all. Note that these �gures do not represent an A�liate's pro�t, as they do not consider expenses incurred by an A�liate in operation or promotion of his/her business. The �gures above refer to gross income (total income before any expenses are deducted). The expenses an A�liate incurs in the operation of his or her Platinum tbusiness vary widely.
