Two similar yet very different approaches

The way to think about the two - consider, all flipped solutionsare blended, but not all blended solutions are flipped.

BlendedBlended learning is one where aportion of the in-class time isreplaced by out-of-classactivities. Example: The use ofsocial forums to host a debateand build on conversations.Creating continued learningopportunities.

FlippedFlipped is one in which thetraditional in-class lecture isdelivered outside the classroomby another media. Allowing for inclass time to be spent on deeperdiscussions, project work oractivities that support the lecture.Allowing for reflective learning.
