At present the following four specializations are available. More will be added later.

We work on an alternate vision based on ethical principles and promotion of virtue. Each academic fi eld – fi nance, HR, marketing, operations will focus more on social good along with wealth creation. According to Pope Francis, “Business is a noble vocation, directed to producing wealth and improving our world. It can be a fruitful source of prosperity for the areas in which it operates, especially if it sees the creation of jobs as an essential part of its service to the common good.” You will be trained not as manager but as social entrepreneur solving societal problems and creating wealth.

We do not focus on just what you know but you will be made aware of aware of your own competencies and defi ciencies. Based on the awareness you will be able to build competencies and eff ective leadership in the organisation. By this process, you will not only make a di erence to the company wherever you join but also you will be able to bring substantial changes in the life of people around you. Ultimately you will realise that being successful in business is not based on profi t making but by brining positive changes in the society as a whole.
