m o d e l 6 1 1 m o d e l 6 1 1 Electrically powered vehicle model 611 The electrically powered vehicle Model 611 offers latest technology and, with its classic design, it represents a very competitive product. The 611 has un- matched standards of quality and safety. With its rigidity and reliability the EFW 611 can be used in multiple environments for a variety of tasks. With two basic models and a variety of optional equipment, e.g. a driver’s cab or different superstructural parts on the loading bed, the EFW 610 masters every conceivable transportation task. Chassis The chassis is manufactured using state-of-the-art welding practices and guarantees a very high level of rigidity. The drive units are well protected in the chassis. The powder coating is of the highest quality and guarantees a high level of colour quality and corro- sion protection. Engine The nearly maintenance-free AC- motor with a nominal capacity of 2,0 kW or 3,0 kW is directly flanged on the differential gear and drives the rear axle. This ensures constant and com- fortable handling characteristics. Electric The model 611 is equipped with an impulse contact control. Infinitely vari- able driving speed, auto-stop and a programmable starting automatic are only a few details of this technology. Battery With the model 611 you can choose between two types of battery: Either two 12 V drive batteries or one 24 V hutch battery are especially robust and easy to maintain. To greatly facilitate battery changes, the battery can be hoisted out from above. Brake The sensitive hydraulic drum brakes are working on the drive wheels (rear axle). The fixing brake works inde- pendent from the drum brakes and is operated with a hand lever. The cur- rent flow is interrupted by engaging the handbrake. The motor brake will be activated, as soon as the accelerator pedal is in neutral position. The drive motor then generates current which is used to recharge the battery. Lighting equipment The standard lighting equipment consists of 2 front lights and 2 re- flectors. As an option, the vehicle can be equipped with full lighting according to the road traffic regula- tions. Proprietary lighting for special purposes (e.g. all-around lighting) is also possible. Steering The vehicle is extremely agile, has a precise volution steering and can be driven without fatigue. Loading area The low and variable loading bed make electrically powered trans- porter absolutely user-friendly. Again there are two versions to choose from, as the loading bed comes in two lengths (ca. 1200 mm or 1800 mm). Driver seat The seating position is ergonomi- cally optimised. The driver seat is adjustable, suspended and padded comfortably, providing a convenient environment to operate the vehicle. The seat is equipped with an addi- tional current interruption switch.

When using the transporter as a tractor, please pay attention to an adequate weighting of the towing vehicle, especially on slopes. Before giving clearance please ensure safety by means of test runs. Otherwise we advise the use of a continuous braking system.
